I am not going to tell you the details of the tragic experience I had with my mom, but if you care a little for your loved ones, don't bring them to this structure.
l	luca dipace on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non giudico la struttura o l'operato degli infermieri o delle camere perché non mi è stato dato modo di entrare, dopo aver chiamato per 10 giorni di seguito sia io ,sia mia moglie(circa 40 telefonate),mi ha risposto una volta sola una signora che con gentilezza mi ha passato il reparto ma nessuno mi ha poi risposto , da lì tutte le altre telefonate non ho mai ,e dico mai ,ottenuto una risposta, o rispondeva libero o risultava occupato . Da lì approfittando della Pasqua mi sono recato in struttura al che ho trovato all'entrata una persona che mi dice che è impossibile che non abbia mai risposto nessuno ,e dopo avergli fatto vedere le telefonate mi risponde:"impossibile, noi rispondiamo sempre",al che quando gli dico che siamo venuti da Milano (mi bastavano 5 minuti per salutare ,anche dietro un vetro) lui mi risponde che ci vuole l'appuntamento. Secondo me è una porcata pazzesca non far vedere un anziano per 5 minuti ,avendo mia zia con più di 99 anni... auguro ai parenti degli altri anziani essere più fortunati di me per fissare un appuntamento. I do not judge the structure or the work of the nurses or the rooms because I was not allowed to enter, after having called both myself and my wife for 10 days in a row (about 40 phone calls), she answered me only once lady who kindly passed me the ward but no one answered me, from there all the other phone calls I never, and I mean never, got an answer, or answered free or was busy. From there, taking advantage of Easter, I went to the structure where I found a person at the entrance who tells me that it is impossible that no one has ever answered, and after showing him the phone calls he replies: "impossible, we always answer", to which when I tell him that we have come from Milan (5 minutes were enough to say hello, even behind a glass) he replies that we need an appointment. In my opinion it is crazy crap not to show an elderly person for 5 minutes, having my aunt over 99 years old ... I wish the relatives of the other elderly people to be luckier than me to make an appointment.
