ZERO PROFESSIONALITA', ZERO RELAZIONE con il cliente, ZERO EMPATIA , ZERO PUNTUALITÀ ..anzi 5 stelle sulla puntualità in cui hanno INCASSATO il pagamento (assai più caro di altre agenzie) con incasso dell'assegno IMMEDIATO. Purtroppo immediate NON sono state le risposte, abbiamo rischiato di saltare l'atto rimanendo a causa di questa mancanza di tutto quanto sopra indicato, fino al giorno prima, SENZA tutta la documentazione completa, quando la richiesta di documentazione da me formulata non è stata evasa con tempestività ma con superficialita' nell' avasione delle mail, quando pervenivano le risposte, telefonate fatte a una segreteria..accusando tra l altro il venditore di ritardi quando invece confrontandoci alla fine con i venditori stessi anche loro hanno vissuto la medesima esperienza. questo è stato un trattamento ELITE!credo non sappiano nemmeno se alla fine abbiamo rogitato visto che non si sono né presentati né hanno fatto una chiamata! Non scrivo mai recensioni negative, la realtà di oggi è di incentivare le attività ma anche di RISPETTARE i clienti. Leggendo le precedenti recensioni mi chiedo con chi queste persone abbiano avuto la fortuna di relazionarsi. Mi piacerebbe dire che siamo stati sfortunati, ma così non è stato perché ci siamo semplicemente affidati all' agenzia sbagliata. Vi auguro di prendere questa recensione come critica costruttiva. Personalmente la prossima volta mi affidero' altrove. Auguri! If it were possible to vote LESS than one star, I would! ZERO PROFESSIONALISM, ZERO RELATIONSHIP with the customer, ZERO EMPATHY, ZERO PUNCTUALITY .. indeed 5 stars on the punctuality in which they have CASHED the payment (much more expensive than other agencies) with IMMEDIATE check collection. Unfortunately, the answers were NOT immediate, we risked skipping the deed remaining due to this lack of all the above, until the day before, WITHOUT all the complete documentation, when the request for documentation formulated by me was not processed promptly but with superficiality in the avasion of e-mails, when the answers were received, telephone calls made to a secretariat .. accusing the seller of delays, among other things, when instead confronting us at the end with the sellers themselves they also lived the same experience. this was an ELITE treatment! I guess they don't even know if we finally signed up as they neither showed up nor made a call! I never write negative reviews, today's reality is to incentivize businesses but also to RESPECT customers. Reading the previous reviews I wonder who these people have been lucky enough to relate to. I would like to say that we were unlucky, but that was not the case because we simply trusted the wrong agency. I hope you take this review as constructive criticism. Agenzia formata da persone competenti e preparate soprattutto il titolare, il Sig. Colombo, sempre preciso e trasparente. Consiglio assolutamente questa agenzia e se ne riavessi bisogno mi riaffideró sicuramente a loro! I bought my first home with them and I must say that they made me live the experience peacefully.
