★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted a more traditional Italian meal and asked the hotel staff for recommendations. This place was their recommendation but it was not that great. The first thing we noticed was the availability of many more dishes on the Italian language menu that we received, presumably by mistake.
The selections seemed limited since many were variations on the same basic dish. While prices were not outrageous, they were relatively high for what we ultimately got.
Finally, the staff were automatons with no life or joy to them which contrasted very sharply with our previous dinner at a neighborhood place.

the atmosphere in the restaurant is great.
unfortunately the staff was however, confused.
we made a reservation for 2, couple of days earlier but the staff didn't have a table for us. we were sitted in a 6 people table next to the kitchen.
we ordered at 20:50
the first 2 starters came after 30! minutes. one was good (cod) one . was bad (beef tartar). It’s ok, it doesn’t have to match everyone’s taste.
If it was just that, we would have stayed. But it wasn’t.
we didn't got bread just until we asked for it directly.
After 1 hour waiting, the main dishes didn’t came out. we thought to leave. We were hungry and waited couple of minutes more.
Finally the main dishes went out 1 hour and 15 min later!!!!...
one of the dishes wasn't the one I ordered.
At that point I got mad put some money on the table and left the place. confused hungry and disappointed. I’m sure non of us wanted this result and I’m sure it’s a good restaurant. Sadly it wasn’t good for us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drinks were great and the food was good. The staff was very kind and I liked the atmosphere there. The only thing that disappointed us was that some items on the menu were not available during our dinner. Maybe next time. I'd return to try some new dishes.
