★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata oggi a visitare un appartamento sito in via Ravizza n. 28 tramite questa "agenzia". Siamo rimasti sconcertati dalle condizioni dell'appartamento (le foto erano state ritoccate rispetto al reale stato, si trattava in realta' di una catapecchia vuota - tranne qualche scarto di mobilio proveniente da discarica, il cui costo di locazione comprese le spese viene proposto a ca 1400 Euro). Oltre a tutto cio' , i bagni schifosi (ovviamente non esposti nelle foto) venivano fatti visitare incrostati di escrementi! Alle nostre rimostranze per questa incredibile mancanza di rispetto nei confronti dei visitatori, l' "agente immobiliare" rispondeva che non ci poteva fare niente in quanto non si trattava di casa sua! Questa "agenzia immobiliare" manca di professionalita' e si dovrebbe vergognare nel proporre alla presunta clientela tali schifezze (tra l'altro, vorrebbero anche percepire la commissione). Imbarazzo e incivilta' DA EVITARE COME LA PESTE
I went today to visit an apartment located in via Ravizza n. 28 through this "agency". We were baffled by the condition of the apartment (the photos had been retouched compared to the real state, it was actually an empty shack - except for some scraps of furniture from a landfill, whose rental cost including expenses is proposed at approx. 1400 Euro). In addition to all this, the lousy bathrooms (obviously not shown in the photos) were made to visit encrusted with excrement! To our grievances for this incredible lack of respect towards visitors, the "real estate agent" replied that he could not do anything about it as it was not his home! This "real estate agency" lacks professionalism and should be ashamed in proposing such crap to the alleged customers (among other things, they would also like to receive the commission). Embarrassment and civilization TO AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
