Serietà e professionalità ringrazio tutto lo staff. Con la situazione COVID-19 hanno cercato di proteggere e tutelare i residenti senza però troncare del tutto le interazioni col pubblico permettendo di sentire i propri cari al telefono mediante videochiamata. L'operato del direttore del centro, il Dott. Claudio Floridi, è stato essenziale in quanto il suo intervento tempestivo e preciso ha impedito che questa situazione delicata potesse sfuggire di mano. Non posso che essere soddisfatto e felice della casa di riposo La Serenità XII Apostoli e la consiglio a chi necessita di un posto in cui i propri cari possano essere accuditi con il rispetto e le cure che meritano.
