Ra Simona, che mi è stata vicina durante questo percorso dal primo momento, insieme a Vincenzo e Diego,due persone altrettanto splendide. In questa struttura che si trova nel verde e nella tranquillità abbiamo trovato la pace e una nuova famiglia, mia madre la considera come la sua casa. Il personale onesto è sempre attento ed efficiente, si prende cura di tutti dando non solo assistenza ma anche amore e sicurezza ai nostri genitori/nonni. Questa residenza per anziani della terza età è immersa nel verde, in una posizione quieta e tranquilla , a pochi km da Roma . L'ambiente interno è accogliente e curato, pieno di colori allegri che fanno bene al cuore; il giardino è un'oasi incantevole . La struttura offre ai suoi ospiti la possibilità di trascorrere la loro permanenza in un sereno e confortevole ambiente , dove si "respira" calore e amore familiare che gli operatori sanno donare in ogni momento della giornata . La direttrice, signora Simonetta , ricca di esperienza , mostrando professionalità, competenza e gentilezza , elargisce abbracci amorevoli a tutti , infondendo calore , sorrisi e sapore di famiglia . Questa è stata la mia prima sensazione appena ho messo piede a Villa Gaia quando mia madre è stata accolta. Se cerchi calore umano e amore qui lo trovi !!! Consigliato . La competenza, la professionalità accompagnate da un vero e sincero affetto verso gli ospiti sono ciò che mi ha colpito. La scrupolosa pulizia, i profumi nelle ore dei pasti sono odore di casa e di famiglia. E poi lei, Simona, un vulcano di donna, in lei si racchiude dolcezza, energia, positività, capacità, professionalità e anche forza e risolutezza nel affrontare ogni cosa. Grazie per aver seguito e amato mia zia come fosse la loro zia, la loro nonna o la loro mamma. Grazie vi porterò sempre nel mio cuore. Erano tutti gentili e cordiali poi sono iniziati i problemi,mia madre è peggiorata e quando chiamavi per sapere come stava non avevano mai tempo da dedicarmi. La terza volta che è stata ricoverata dopo essere stata dimessa la Signora Simona non l'ha più accettata nella struttura, lasciandoci così in mezzo ad una strada. Su suggerimento di amici comuni, ho portato da Simona mia madre, colpita da demenza senile progressiva; all'inizio ero titubante perché da anni viveva in casa con me e una badante dedicata. Il trasferimento è stato invece più che positivo e mia madre ha vissuto a Villa Gaia un periodo molto bello, fatto di serenità, accoglienza, affetto e... tante chiacchiere. Si è trovata in un ambiente famigliare con persone come lei che si sono fatte compagnia a vicenda e operatori attenti e disponibili. la vicinanza con gli altri ha contribuito a migliorare le sue giornate e la qualità della sua vita interiore. Ambiente familiare, ben tenuto, disponibile alle esinze degli ospiti e dei loro familiari. Elide: mi trovo bene, tutte belle e amichevoli le infermiere e piacevoli gli altri ospiti. Spazi esterni e interni molto curati. Pulizia e buona cucina attenta alle esigenze di ognuno. La mia esperienza con mia madre è stata ottima. Dall eur ci si mette mezz'ora. Si è sentito da subito amato, accolto e curato grazie al clima che si respira appena entrati nel bel giardino della struttura. Dopo tanto tempo posso effettivamente garantire che è una ottima casa per anziani con ambiente familiare, sereno e confortevole. La struttura è molto curata, dall’arredamento alla pulizia delle camere. Il cibo è genuino grazie alla cucina sempre disponibile e i responsabili, Simona insieme a Diego, si occupano personalmente e quotidianamente degli ospiti con passione e affetto per tutti. Tutto il personale è gentile e amorevole con gli anziani e ringrazio pubblicamente Rita per la delicatezza che ha verso mio zio. Devo dire che è una splendida realtà che consiglio vivamente a chi ha necessità di un luogo sereno per i propri cari bisognosi di cure e attenzioni particolari. The structure is well cared for, from the furnishings to the cleanliness of the rooms. The food is genuine thanks to the always available cuisine and the managers, Simona together with Diego, personally and daily take care of the guests with passion and affection for everyone. All the staff are kind and loving to the elderly and I publicly thank Rita for the kindness she has towards my uncle. I must say that it is a splendid reality that I highly recommend to those who need a peaceful place for their loved ones in need of special care and attention.
