l	lucia donadio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Villa Lucilla soprannominata da mio padre (82 anni, ipovedente ed affetto da altre patologie che lo rendono parzialmente autosufficiente) “Albergo dell’Amicizia”, è una struttura nuovissima, con un bel giardino, molto pulita, con stanze ampie e ad 800 metri da Frascati. La sensazione che si ha la prima volta che si conosce la struttura è quella di una grande famiglia, in cui gli ospiti cercano continuamente Giandomenico e Roberta, i proprietari della struttura, come fossero il loro papà e la loro mamma, loro sono sempre pronti ad ascoltare le loro esigenze ed offrire loro un abbraccio o un bacio. Mio padre ci ha sorpreso molto, pensavamo fosse difficile l’inserimento in struttura essendo stato tanti anni solo, vedovo e legato al suo lutto. Con Roberta abbiamo deciso di far conoscere la struttura a papà sfatando il terrore che molti anziani,tra cui mio padre, hanno delle strutture che considerano “ospizi” in cui vieni trattato male, abbandonato e a volte picchiato. Vi assicuro che l’amore , la dedizione e la profonda serietà che in questa struttura si trovano sono perle rare. Mio padre è nato una seconda volta, ha costruito nuove amicizie, ha di nuovo voglia di rendersi partecipe di una comunità. La struttura offre incontri con figure professionali quali la psicologa, sociologa e varie associazioni di volontari che coinvolgono gli anziani in giochi, balli , canti, ed anche ginnastica dolce, che mio padre non aveva mai fatto. Siamo veramente felici di come nostro padre grazie a Roberta, Giandomenico, Daniela che lo coccola tantissimo, Anna e tutte le altre figure professionali abbia ripreso a vivere. Grazie e buon Lavoro Villa Lucilla nicknamed by my father (82 years old, partially sighted and suffering from other pathologies that make him partially self-sufficient) "Albergo dell'Am Friendship", is a brand new structure, with a beautiful garden, very clean, with large rooms and 800 meters from Frascati. The feeling that you have the first time you know the structure is that of a large family, in which guests are constantly looking for Giandomenico and Roberta, the owners of the structure, as if they were their dad and their mom, they are always ready to listen to their needs and offer them a hug or a kiss. My father surprised us a lot, we thought it was difficult to enter the structure having been alone for many years, a widower and tied to his mourning. With Roberta, we decided to introduce Dad to the structure, dispelling the terror that many elderly people, including my father, have structures that they consider "hospices" where you are treated badly, abandoned and sometimes beaten. I assure you that the love, dedication and profound seriousness that are found in this structure are rare pearls. My father was born a second time, he built new friendships, he again wants to become part of a community. The structure offers meetings with professional figures such as the psychologist, sociologist and various associations of volunteers that involve the elderly in games, dances, songs, and even soft gymnastics, which my father had never done. We are truly happy as our father thanks to Roberta, Giandomenico, Daniela who pampers him a lot, Anna and all the other professional figures have started living again. Thanks and good job

I gestori hanno una lunga esperienza che gli permette di affrontare con professionalità ed estrema capacità tutte le situazioni. Soprattutto, il personale è attento ad instaurare un rapporto umano sia con gli ospiti che con le famiglie. C’è sempre un’estrema attenzione alle necessità e alle richieste degli ospiti. La struttura è sempre in contatto con personale medico di ottima qualità e pronta disponibilità. The structure is brand new, very well kept and extremely clean. The staff as well as being extremely competent is kind and patient. The managers have a long experience that allows them to face all situations with professionalism and extreme ability. Above all, the staff is careful to establish a human relationship with both guests and families. There is always an extreme attention to the needs and requests of the guests. The structure is always in contact with medical personnel of excellent quality and prompt availability.
P	Paolo Ceccarelli - Avvera SpA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mio papà è stato ospite dallo scorso anno fin dalle prime settimane post apertura ed è stato accompagnato fino alla scorsa settimana quando il suo percorso su questa terra si è concluso. Devo dire che difficilmente si trova un posto del genere, pulito, accogliente, caldo e premuroso. Onestamente però, devo dire che la differenza la fanno le persone che tutti i giorni h 24 sono impegnate nell'assistenza . Competenza e professionalità sono una regola , ma sopratutto amore ed attenzioni nei confronti degli ospiti sono una religione. Voglio ringraziare i titolari , Giandomenico e Roberta, che si sono sempre adoperati in maniera totale nei confronti di mio papà e degli altri ospiti, il personale tutto che con l'allegria e dedizione è sempre vicino alle esigenze degli ospiti. Grazie .. e sarete per sempre un pezzetto della mia famiglia. My dad has been a guest since last year since the first post-opening weeks and was accompanied until last week when his journey on this earth ended. I must say that there is hardly such a place, clean, welcoming, warm and thoughtful. Honestly though, I have to say that the difference is made by the people who work 24/7 every day. Competence and professionalism are a rule, but above all love and attention towards guests are a religion. I want to thank the owners, Giandomenico and Roberta, who have always made a total effort towards my dad and the other guests, the staff who are always close to the needs of the guests with joy and dedication. Thanks .. and you will always be a piece of my family.

Giandomenico e sua moglie gestiscono la struttura con serietà, professionalità e grande attenzione ad ogni esigenza delle persone ospitate. Vi ringrazio per quanto giornalmente fate per mia madre. The structure is new and the operators are always polite and professional towards guests and their families. Gli Operatori sono attenti, premurosi, presenti, vero punto di forza della struttura. New structure, spacious, bright, clean rooms. Quiet, familiar environment. The Managers are very professional, attentive to the needs of the guests and available for discussions with relatives. Every aspect of the assistance is manned. Gestire una struttura per anziani è impegnativo e solo grazie ad un ottimo staff tutto funziona al meglio. Vivendo in un'altra città , posso andare a trovare papà solo 2 giorni al mese di solito e quando sono lì posso apprezzare ancora di più il modo di comportarsi di chi si occupa degli anziani ospiti.... C'è sempre pronta una parola dolce, un sorriso o una carezza per ognuno di loro. Certi lavori io li classifico come "Missoni", sono impegnativi , ma unici per quello che a livello personale ti donano e c'è solo un modo di farli....con il cuore! Grazie a Giandomenico, Roberta e a tutte le Persone che fanno parte di Villa Lucilla. Grazie? Villa Lucilla, beautiful, new, clean and with lots of greenery. My dad has been there for about a year and he feels good, he is followed with care and professionalism. Managing a structure for the elderly is challenging and only thanks to an excellent staff everything works at its best. Living in another city, I can only visit dad 2 days a month usually and when I am there I can appreciate even more the behavior of those who look after the elderly guests .... There is always a word ready. sweet, a smile or a caress for each of them. I classify some works as "Missoni", they are demanding, but unique for what they give you on a personal level and there is only one way to do them .... with the heart! Abbiamo portato papà alla casa di riposo in condizioni critiche, ma nei pochi giorni di soggiorno nostro padre ha ripreso a vivere. Abbiamo trovato una struttura pulita, accogliente, efficiente, con del personale che mio padre chiamava "i miei angeli" che hanno restituito a papà la dignità che lo stava abbandonando. In pochi giorni di permanenza ho "rivisto " mio padre! Ci piace pensare che papà si sentisse a casa a villa Lucilla, ed è questa sensazione che noi abbiamo avuto. L'affetto e la disponibilità di Giandomenico, della moglie e di tutto il personale, ci ha fatto sentire protetti, compresi come a casa! Possiamo solo ringraziare villa Lucilla di aver accudito nostro padre nel migliore dei modi e di averlo accompagnato nel suo ultimo viaggio con la serenità che avevamo sperato trovasse. Grazie di cuore a tutti voi Eleonora e Paolo Unfortunately, our experience at villa Lucilla was short. We took Dad to the nursing home in critical condition, but in the few days of our stay our father started to live again. We found a clean, welcoming, efficient structure, with staff that my father called "my angels" who restored to dad the dignity that was abandoning him. In a few days of stay I "saw" my father! We like to think that dad felt at home at Villa Lucilla, and it is this feeling that we have had. The affection and availability of Giandomenico, his wife and all the staff made us feel protected, including at home! We can only thank villa Lucilla for having looked after our father in the best possible way and for having accompanied him on his last journey with the serenity we had hoped he would find.
