Qualified staff, attentive and always available, very well maintained structure. We chose it for my grandmother because, compared to other structures, here you can breathe "a different air", more serene and distinct.

The best ever ❤ my mother was looked after with love, patience and perseverance. Nothing is left to chance in the structure, highly selected staff from all points of view .... competence, honesty, kindness, respect, sympathy, hygiene, hospitality, LOVE! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La nostra esperienza non è stata affatto buona, a partire dal cibo e alla poca cura dell'alimentazione all'assoluta maleducazione del personale ma in particolare della responsabile (così si qualifica) che invece di accogliere i parenti con semplicente il buon giorno o buona sera urla se non hai preso l'appuntamento! Questo è molto grave si lasciano parenti nelle loro mani e invece di essere affabili la signora in particolare è sempre molto aggressiva! Non consiglio a nessuno questo posto, avendo già cambiato 3 strutture questa è la peggiore, si prendono libertà che non dovrebbero!
Our experience was not good at all, starting from the food and the lack of attention to nutrition to the absolute rudeness of the staff but in particular of the manager (so she qualifies) who instead of welcoming relatives with a simple good morning or good evening scream if you haven't made the appointment! This is very serious, they leave relatives in their hands and instead of being friendly, the lady in particular is always very aggressive! I don't recommend this place to anyone, having already changed 3 structures this is the worst, they take liberties they shouldn't!
