Se devo dire che il personale è stato SEMPRE cortese, affettuoso e molto disponibile, anche in occasione del decesso, devo esprimere il mio più grande disappunto per la mancanza della benché minima forma di tatto da parte della Direzione. Sebbene interpellati più volte in merito ad oggetti che non sono stati rinvenuti dopo il decesso di papà, IN NESSUNA OCCASIONE, ne in forma verbale ne scritta, ci sono state porse le condoglianze. Nulla da dire sulla pulizia, sulla organizzazione anche in occasione della contingenza causata dal COVID, e sulla posizione della struttura, veramente molto bella. Ma un Istituto Religioso che non è in grado nemmeno di porgere le condoglianze ai familiari del defunto, forse è il caso che riveda qualche basilare regola di buona educazione, sicuramente ricevuta dai rispettivi genitori del personale dirigente, ma, ahimè, oramai dimenticata. My father was a resident of this facility from 2019 to last 27 when he passed away. If I have to say that the staff was ALWAYS courteous, affectionate and very helpful, even on the occasion of his death, I must express my greatest disappointment at the lack of even the slightest form of tact on the part of the Management. Although asked several times about objects that were not found after the death of dad, UNDER NO OCCASION, neither verbally nor in writing, were condolences offered to us. Nothing to say about the cleanliness, about the organization even on the occasion of the contingency caused by COVID, and about the location of the structure, really very beautiful. But a Religious Institute that is not even able to offer condolences to the relatives of the deceased, perhaps it is the case that it revises some basic rules of good education, certainly received by the respective parents of the managerial staff, but, alas, now forgotten.

Oggi ho riportato a casa mia madre xké nn ne possible che una paziente in fin di vita posso vederla mezz'ora al giorno. Nel pulirla ho rivenuto un decubito al 4 stadio una cosa mostruosa trascurata e infettata con tutto ke lei aveva fino a 2 mesi fa il medico della struttura posso dire ke mellanno rovinata una suora ke si crede infermiera ma nulla di ciò. Fa male scontrarsi soprattutto con l'insensibilità proprio del personale religioso (come la famigerata suor Giuseppina, una vera arpia, terrore degli ospiti della struttura) che sembra scaricare sui familiari degli assistiti, ogni più piccolo problema. Mi ha dato l'idea più di una consorteria tesa al solo guadagno che all'assistenza. Non meriterebbe alcuna stella. T	Tiziana Ciampoli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo una lunga ricerca della casa di riposo ideale (alcune veri e propri lager) e dopo cinque deleteri anni in una casa di riposo sita a Monte Compatri, in cui imperavano le bugie della direzione e il turn over continuo del personale demotivato che non prestava alcuna cura agli ospiti, finalmente da luglio 2021 mia madre e mia sorella sono ospiti presso Opera S. Carlo di Nancy. Mi sento tranquilla per la grande attenzione che viene loro prestata da tutta l'equipe. TUTTO il personale, ad oggi, si è dimostrato efficiente, cortese, all’altezza del ruolo ricoperto e della professionalità richiesta. La struttura è bella e pulita (sempre!). Il giardino, molto curato, ha un’ottima veduta su Roma e viene usato ampiamente nella bella stagione da ospiti e familiari. Punti di forza anche la presenza della Chiesa di S. Carlo e del Centro Medico San Carlo. After a long search for the ideal retirement home (some real concentration camps) and after five deleterious years in a retirement home located in Monte Compatri, in which the management lies and the continuous turnover of unmotivated staff who did not lend any taking care of guests, finally from July 2021 my mother and my sister are guests at Opera S. Carlo di Nancy. I feel calm about the great attention given to them by the whole team. ALL the staff, to date, have proved to be efficient, courteous, up to the level of the role they hold and the professionalism required. The facility is nice and clean (always!). The well-kept garden has an excellent view of Rome and is used extensively in the summer by guests and family members. Strengths also the presence of the Church of S. Carlo and the San Carlo Medical Center.
