Negli anni trend nettamente positivo sotto molteplici aspetti. Ospiti e parenti si sentono a casa... Cosa volere di più? Una delle tante cose piacevolissime che ho riscontrato dall'inizio fino alla fine è che è consentita la visita sempre! Non c'è preferenza di orari. Struttura spaziosa formata da tante stanze così da poter anche, te familiare, trovare comunque e sempre un posto tranquillo e riservato per stare con il tuo caro. Possibilità in bella stagione di andare fuori. Non c'è molta possibilità di vagabondare con le carrozzine perché non c'è un'ottima viabilità, ma con un pò di volontà, spirito di iniziativa e anche un pò di muscoli riesci a portare al giro il parente per il parco (che è anche molto bello) (e aggiungo: divertendoti e facendo divertire chi ti sta accanto e comunque sei sempre sorvegliato per eventuali incidenti di percorso). Ho riscontrato che da parte degli ospiti c'è sempre stata serenità e non malessere. Svolgono varie attività e feste dove fanno partecipare tutti. Ad ogni modo in due anni abbiamo sempre visto un' evoluzione di cambiamenti in positivo sempre a pro dell'ospite e di conseguenza ai parenti. Non avendo mai frequentato certa casistica di posti, se non a seguito di questi due anni ad ogni modo lascio e mantengo sempre un buon ricordo. Attended the place for personal reasons. I have found that there has always been serenity and uneasiness on the part of the guests. They carry out various activities and parties where everyone is involved. In any case, in two years we have always seen an evolution of positive changes always for the benefit of the guest and consequently to the relatives. Having never attended a certain series of places, if not after these two years, in any case I leave and always keep a good memory.

Ma soprattutto una sensibilità non comune per gli anziani ricoverati! Tutto il Personale è davvero "speciale", dagli infermieri agli assistenti. Mia mamma, malata di Alzheimer qui ha ritrovato un sorriso che si era spento dopo un evento luttuoso che l'aveva colpita! La Struttura è sita in Arezzo, quindi bene accessibile dall'autostrada e da altre grandi vie di comunicazione. E' una Villa immersa nel verde con ampio spazio antistante e sul retro dove gli ospiti possono trascorrere il tempo giocando a carte o semplicemente discorrendo. Da parte del personale grande attenzione alla sicurezza dei ricoverati e simpatia unica da parte degli inservienti. La direttrice, Cinzia Cinelli, una persona "squisita".
