R	Rosella Paglioni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto buono il personale medico e infermieristico: vengo da anni in questa struttura per le analisi del sangue e la mammografia e ho trovato sempre personale competente e gentile. Metto solo due stelle perché non si può gestire una struttura del genere senza un centralino funzionante! Ti tengono in attesa svariati minuti, poi dicono che il personale è momentaneamente occupato e ti chiedono il recapito telefonico, promettendo che richiameranno appena possibile, cosa che puntualmente non avviene...Vergognoso! Mettete un servizio "piccione viaggiatore" che fate prima! Credo che cambierò struttura! Qualche problema nell'organizzazione e soprattutto nella cortesia e gentilezza del personale: dopotutto chi viene lo fa perché ha un problema, più o meno grave, o fa prevenzione per evitarne; un po' più di "savoir-faire", un aiuto a persone anziane che sono in attesa e che avrebbero bisogno anche solo di un sorriso e di buone maniere non guasterebbe. È inutile chiamare un numero in codice dalla fine del corridoio, perché non è facile sentire, e alla fine avvicinarsi e chiamare per cognome.... È vero che fare il proprio lavoro è per molti un problema, e per pochi una missione, ma chi sta al pubblico deve per primo dare informazioni con i dovuti modi, finché il cliente rimane nel suo ruolo e non va oltre, ovviamente. Esperienza negativa, ho fatto una gastroscopia ma nn mi hanno fatto la biopsia quindi l’esame e’ parziale e successivamente ho avuto dolori e problemi .oltretutto venendo da lontano con due ore di macchina . Che dire? Se avessimo preso dei permessi lavorativi chi ci avrebbe rimborsati?
