A	Aria Gió on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza super negativa ( che purtroppo si deve ancora concludere) che del resto non lascerò " spegnere" come se niente fosse! Mio padre entra per un intervento di prostata che si sarebbero dovuto concludere in pochi giorni, ma per una terapia post operatoria sbagliata si ritrova ora all' ospedale infermi di Rimini!...a combattere con le sue forze...qualcuno dovrà pagare per quello che ha fatto!! Super negative experience (which unfortunately has yet to be concluded) which I will not let "turn off" as if nothing had happened! My father comes in for a prostate surgery that should have been completed in a few days, but for a wrong post-operative therapy he now finds himself at the hospital for the sick in Rimini! ... to fight with his own strength ... someone will have to pay for what he did!!

Per una innocua cisti sebacea ho vissuto una piccola Odissea, prima di decidermi, meglio tardi che mai, a rivolgermi altrove. Clinic where disorganization clearly reigns, but what is more serious is total medical incompetence, at least in my experience. For a harmless sebaceous cyst I lived a little Odyssey, before deciding, better late than never, to turn elsewhere.
F	Francesca Piselli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto un intervento il 24 febbraio, ricoverata 4 giorni e sono stata veramente bene, considero i Dottori Montanari Luca e Lia persone che amano e vivono per il loro lavoro, Seri e bravi e con un grande Cuore... Per me tutto questo mi fa passare in 2 piano i piccoli problemi che si posso creare in una struttura così impegnativa, io li ringrazio col cuore. Mio padre aveva un'operazione ortopedica programmata. Dopo aver fatto 4 ore di viaggio per arrivare a Morciano (con spese autostradali e alloggio annesse) essere entrato in sala operatoria e sottoposto ad un'anestesia totale, viene risvegliato perché l'equipe medica si "accorge" che la risonanza è vecchia di due anni (cosa tra l'altra già fatta notare anche al medico in sede di visita privata). Se avessi letto prima le recensioni sulla struttura ci saremmo evitati un viaggio inutile e per fortuna senza grosse conseguenze. Leggo di parecchie esperienze negative,se questo è il servizio offerto da una struttura privata è il caso di iniziare a rivedere qualcosa visto che la gente ci va per curarsi e non per passarci il tempo. Мой хирург, которому я доверяю больше, чем себе, весь абсолютно персонал клиники - сердечные и профессионально грамотны. Чисто, вежливы все. В операционной стараются создать максимальное спокойствие. Спасибо всем!!! Отдельное спасибо парню из операционной по фамилии "Di Pietro" ❤❤❤❤❤ The second time I am operated on, and again only positive emotions. Avevo un appuntamento per una risonanza magnetica per mio padre, anziano e non più autosufficiente, quindi sono arrivata insieme a mia madre. La signora poco gentile all'accoglienza , dopo averci controllato il Green pass, ci ha fatto entrare solo in due. Ho chiesto di poter fare sedere mia madre in sala d'attesa visto che c'erano tante sedie vuote e distanziate. La signora maleducatamente mi ha ribadito che mia madre anziana non poteva entrare , quindi è dovuta rimanere fuori in piedi sotto l'acqua per più di un'ora!!!! Veramente vergognoso!!!! dovreste rivedere un po di regole e mettere all'accoglienza personale competente!!! Pessima esperienza Super bad experience !!!! Really shameful !!!! you should review some rules and put competent personnel to the welcome !!! Bad experience
S	Stefano Baldacci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dovevo togliere una cisti sulla nuca, prenotato con la mutua ma dopo un'ora di attesa rispetto all'appuntamento fissato il medico mi dice che questi interventi chirurgici li fanno solo a pagamento 130€ e se volevo farla gratuitamente dovevo rivolgermi ad un ospedale. Roba da Dottor Guido Tersilli. Ho perso un pomeriggio e un'ora di permesso inutilmente. Assolutamente da evitare I had to remove a cyst on the back of my neck, booked with the health insurance but after an hour of waiting for the appointment the doctor tells me that these surgeries are only for a fee of 130 € and if I wanted to do it for free I had to go to a hospital. Stuff from Doctor Guido Tersilli. I lost an afternoon and an hour of leave to no avail. Absolutely to be avoided

William Gualtieri che ha risolto finalmente il problema. Il medico in questione si è anche preoccupato di ricontattare più volte mia madre per informarsi della situazione post operatoria, volendola anche rivedere in clinica nei giorni a seguire. Devo dire che difficilmente abbiamo incontrato medici così preparati e umani. Grazie ancora. Absolutely positive experience. My mother underwent a “Vitectromy for macular hole” surgery in this clinic, performed by Dr. William Gualtieri who finally solved the problem. The doctor in question also took care to contact my mother several times to inquire about the post-operative situation, also wanting to see her again in the clinic in the following days.
