M	MARIAELENA GILI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il giorno 30 Giugno 2021 alle ore 15:30 circa mi sono recata presso la struttura per accompagnare una persona che doveva effettuare un esame diagnostico ed all'ingresso un addetto, presumo, alla sicurezza mi ha comunicato che non avrei potuto entrate, fino a qui quasi accettabile se non per il fatto che all'esterno c'erano solamente 35 gradi all'ombra, ( sono stata in altre strutture per delle visite e l'organizzazione era tutt'altra cosa ) Dopo più di mezz'ora ho chiesto se fosse possibile andare al bar, dato che all'ingresso non è presente un distributore automatico, per prendere qualcosa da bere e la risposta è stata NO neanche accedendovi dall'esterno E' stato un trattamento a dir poco inaccettabile che non si riserva neanche ai cagnolini che per altro adesso, per evitare colpi di sole, all'esterno dei negozi molto spesso si trovano delle ciotole con l'acqua, evidentemente per chi decide l'organizzazione in questa struttura il cliente/paziente non merita neanche l'impegno di creare uno spazio adeguato ad accogliere le minime esigenze umane Era un caldo infernale ma almeno non pioveva altrimenti bisognava stare un'ora sotto l'ombrello !!! Atteggiamento di sufficienza da parte di alcuni membri del personale. I referti non vengono consegnati subito come in altre strutture ma occorre ritornare i giorni seguenti per ritirarli. Al ritiro dei referti mancano di una parte.. Quindi devo chiedere espressamente quello che manca e attendere ancora per le verifiche.. Ritornata a richiedere i referti non si trovano più. Poi mi viene detto che sono completi così e c'è stato un fraintendimento. Quindi ho atteso per nulla.. Situazione di un assurdità e di una disorganizzazione imbarazzante. Non tornerò più. Then I am told that they are complete like this and there was a misunderstanding. So I waited for nothing .. Situation of an absurdity and an embarrassing disorganization. I will never go back.

Anni fa mi ero operata anch'io al tunnel carpale, con risultato ottimo, dal Dottor Montagna presso il quale mi sono recata anche un mese e mezzo fa per il dito medio detto a scatto e una lesione del tendine. Così come per il primo intervento Il risultato è stato ottimo. L'equipe con la quale lavora presso la casa di cura Sol et Salus è fantastica, organizzazione perfetta, personale sorridente, gentile e disponibile. Organizzazione perfetta, soprattutto calcolando il periodo con le varie problematiche. Quando le cose funzionano i complimenti vanno fatti. Complimenti e grazie. As for the first intervention, the result was excellent. The team with which she works at the Sol et Salus nursing home is fantastic, perfect organization, smiling, kind and helpful staff. Quel minimo di disorganizzazione che in una struttura sanitaria, in periodo di pandemia, è prevedibile. Situata in posizione facilmente raggiungibile dalla statale Adriatica, proprio sul lungomare e con parcheggio interno. Quattro stelle le meritano. Competent and helpful staff (except the reception) and a well-kept environment, which are the basis for a clinic. That minimum of disorganization that in a health facility, in a period of pandemic, is predictable. Located in an easily accessible position from the Adriatica state road, right on the seafront and with internal parking. Four stars deserve them.

Già dalle prime visite con il Dottor Fravisini (fenomeno) ho capito di aver fatto la scelta giusta, il Pre ricovero è super organizzato, e qualsiasi persona incontri ti trasmette tranquillità e positività, sempre con il sorriso. Grazie di nuovo a tutti per il vostro super lavoro. Kind, punctual, organized, I want to make a special thanks to the Orthopedics department, to the doctors, nurses, Oss, they made me feel at home. Already from the first visits with Doctor Fravisini (phenomenon) I realized that I had made the right choice, the Pre-hospitalization is super organized, and any person you meet gives you tranquility and positivity, always with a smile. Arrivo alle 15:15, passo alla cassa e mi fanno la risonanza dopo 15 minuti. Alle 16:10 ho finito. In un'ora ho il referto (aspetto nel giardino del bar). Il tutto con efficienza e cortesia top, parcheggio compreso. Pagando il ticket (36 euro). Top. It seems to be in Switzerland.
