Dovevo ritirare dei referti e davanti a me c'erano persone che dovevano fare un esame alle ore 9:00, erano le 11:00 ed erano ancora in coda. Sono arrivata alle 10:00 me ne sono andata alle 11:30. Vi esorto a limitare i disagi di attese. In this particular moment you should give yourself a wake up call. You cannot queue for two hours, perhaps even under water, for acceptance. I had to collect some reports and in front of me there were people who had to take an exam at 9:00, it was 11:00 and they were still in line. I arrived at 10:00 and left at 11:30. I urge you to limit the inconvenience of waiting.

Ho praticamente avuto modo di conoscere tutto lo staff medico e non del reparto di gastroenterologia e posso affermare che nonostante la malattia, non mi sono mai persa d'animo grazie a loro, alla loro professionalità, alla loro competenza...ma soprattutto, ed in questi casi vale tanto quanto, grazie alla loro umanità! Non mi sono mai sentita trascurata o abbandonata e lo stesso trattamento veniva riservato alle persone anziane che talvolta erano in camera con me. Scrivo questa recensione perché spero possa confortare chi, come è successo a me, deve affrontare un ricovero. In questo periodo è una cosa che spaventa ancora di più, ma questi ragazzi nonostante lo stress e la pressione che subiscono,perché questo è il settore più in sofferenza di tutti, non si risparmiano e non perdono la loro empatia e pazienza. Affiderei di nuovo la mia salute nelle loro mani. I have been patient with this facility for 2 weeks! I practically got to know all the medical staff and not the gastroenterology department and I can say that despite the disease, I never lost heart thanks to them, their professionalism, their competence ... but above all, and in these cases it is worth as much as, thanks to their humanity! I never felt neglected or abandoned and the same treatment was reserved for the elderly who were sometimes in the room with me. I am writing this review because I hope it will comfort those who, as happened to me, have to face hospitalization. In this period it is something that scares even more, but these guys despite the stress and pressure they suffer, because this is the most suffering sector of all, they do not spare themselves and do not lose their empathy and patience. I would entrust my health into their hands again.

Già al mio arrivo ho trovato persone bellissime e disponibili (nonostante questo periodo Covid, e il tanto lavoro che hanno) partendo da chi si occupava delle pulizie, la mensa, OSS,Infermieri e Dottori. Chiunque si preoccupava per farti stare al meglio, a volte strappandoti anche un sorriso. Con la speranza che vi arrivi questo messaggio volevo ringraziarvi di cuore a tutti!! Already upon my arrival I found beautiful and helpful people (despite this Covid period, and the hard work they have) starting from those who took care of cleaning, the canteen, OSS, Nurses and Doctors. Il giorno dopo, al momento del ritiro, mi è stato detto che non erano pronti, di ripassare il giorno seguente. Aspetto il lunedì successivo per dare più tempo, al ritiro, mi viene consegnato il referto di un’altra persona. Accortami dell’errore, torno per scambiarlo con quello giusto e per l’ennesima volta mi viene detto che il mio referto non è pronto, e che il laboratorio è chiuso. Comunicazione totalmente assente tra reception e laboratorio. Chiedo quindi di poterli ricevere il giorno successivo via mail, ovviamente niente. Torno per l’ennesima volta il giorno dopo e...non erano pronti. Mi arrivano via mail una settimana successiva dopo aver mostrato tutto il disagio creatomi. Premesso che in un periodo del genere determinati esami si fanno per necessità e che quindi ci si aspetta il risultato nel giorno da loro stessi indicato, ma è assurdo il fatto che io mi sia dovuta recare li 5 volte prima di ricevere un risultato. Non lo avrei accettato in altri periodi, figuriamoci in questo. Inutile dire che non ci metterò mai più piede. I come back for the umpteenth time the next day and ... they weren't ready. They arrive by e-mail a week later after showing all the discomfort I have created. Given that in such a period certain tests are done out of necessity and therefore the result is expected on the day they themselves indicated, but it is absurd that I had to go there 5 times before receiving a result. I would not have accepted it at other times, let alone this one. Needless to say, I'll never set foot there again.

È stata messa per strada! Giudicate voi...
