Il direttore della struttura, Angelo Bellofiore ha negato l'assistenza all'ammalato, pur avendo una prenotazione in struttura da circa due settimane. Si è rifiutato di fare e di autorizzare il test sierologico (due settimane prima ci avevano assicurato che sarebbe stato fatto in loco al momento del ricovero) perché ci ha detto di non avere nè voglia nè tempo. Questo dovrebbe essere il direttore di un ospedale psichiatrico, dove la sicurezza e la tranquillità del paziente dovrebbero essere la priorità. Siamo dovuti andar via senza ricovero con l'ammalato che aveva una crisi. Ovviamente è stato denunciato ai carabinieri. Vergogna! Not recommended if you want your family members to recover. In un primo momento la struttura ci è sembrata discreta e abbastanza pulita, il cibo non era male. Ma a parte questo ora ci sentiamo di dire che di note positive non ne ricordiamo altre. Poca considerazione della persona in quanto tale, in alcuni casi superficialità, difficoltà a recepire le istanze dei familiari anche perchè le notizie non "passavano" da un turno all'altro. Di riabilitativo inoltre ha poco in quanto mia mamma non ha mai fatto fisioterapia in modo serio. Una volta a casa mia mamma (accompagnata da noi familiari con catetere e carrozzina) ha dovuto poi risolvere altri problemi che prima non aveva. Sicuramente il consiglio che potrei dare è di ricoverare i vostri cari anziani altrove anche se in zona è difficile trovare strutture che non siano "parcheggi". Fortunatamente non tutti i dottori agiscono in questo modo, ma io penso che chi si trova a svolgere questo lavoro debba in qualche modo aiutare il paziente a rinserirsi nella società anziché fagli firmare due carte e via libero per le strade della città non essendo pienamente consapevole dello stato di malattia in cui vive. Operare con persone fragili mentalmente é molto difficile ma anziché invogliare un paziente a restare nella casa di cura per il suo bene, gli fanno capire che possono firmare e andar via senza alcun problema o tipo di ostacoli nonostante ci sono documenti che attestano patologie reali e dichiarate dall'asl. Questo non é curare un paziente, ma fare i propri interessi su persone che hanno un problema reale. Se dovreste malauguratamente ricoverare un vostro caro, pensateci 2 volte e valutate un'altra struttura. They don't deserve one!
