Stamattina mia madre si è recata in clinica per effettuare le analisi in esenzione, già prenotate da venerdì mattina, e non ha potuto effettuare il prelievo perchè le hanno detto che avevano superato il limite di esenzione già da venerdi! Questa giustificazione non è plausibile perchè il limite di esenzione loro già lo conoscono mentre si effettuata la prenotazione!!!! Non si sono nemmeno scomodati a telefonare ed annullare la prenotazione!!! E' veramente scandaloso creare un disservizio del genere specialmente verso persone anziane! Essendo responsabili dell'errore avrebbero dovuto fare lo stesso le analisi a loro carico!!!!! Negativissima !!!! Very bad !!!!! All'ingresso si trova l'accettazione a destra e il punto ristoro bar sulla sinistra. Immediatamente il cup. O amministrazione. Come tutto sta alle persone la capacità di interazione in modo corretto. Esperienza discreta. Personale molto impegnato per il carico di lavoro assegnato. Motivo per la quale risulta essere poco cordiale con i pazienti. Non per questo non sono professionali. Anzi.
