★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo acquistato un telecomando per il cancello elettronico all'interno del quale custodisco la mia macchina, telecomando che era stato tarato davanti ai miei occhi ma che, sfortunatamente, non funzionava. Pertanto, il personale, con fare molto gentile e professionale, si è subito prodigato a rimborsarmi l'acquisto, così invitandomi a tornare a fine mese, quando appunto avrebbero avuto una maggiore disponibilità di telecomandi di qualità più elevata.
Ulteriormente, hanno aggiustato in breve tempo la componente elettronica delle chiavi della mia macchina.
In chiusura, il negozio è ben individuabile, il personale è molto preparato e la merce di buona qualità.
Di certo possono solo crescere, in positivo, come attività.
 I had purchased a remote control for the electronic gate inside which I keep my car, which had been calibrated in front of my eyes but which, unfortunately, did not work. Therefore, the staff, very kind and professional, immediately did their best to reimburse me for the purchase, thus inviting me to come back at the end of the month, when they would have had a greater availability of higher quality remote controls.
Further, they quickly fixed the electronics of my car keys.
In closing, the shop is clearly identifiable, the staff is very trained and the goods of good quality.
Of course they can only grow, positively, as an activity.

Kindness, professionalism and customer care all this can be found at the Mercatone Electronics division. Thanks to the patience of the sales assistant Luca, in a few minutes I renewed the sockets, switches and plates of my apartment, not to mention the convenience and quality.
