Mi hanno fatto sentire come a casa a partire dalle infermiere,per non parlare delle OSS sempre disponibili e di una cordialità incredibile,l ortopedico Rea e tutta l equipe. Non smetterò mai di ringraziarvi,siete fantastici On December 22nd at the Pierangeli clinic I had a patellar ligament reconstruction surgery and I can only say one thing REALLY THANK YOU! The orthopedist Rea and the whole team made me feel at home starting from the nurses, not to mention the OSS always available and an incredible friendliness. Nessuna stella!?Un'ora e 12 minuti in attesa al telefono dalle 15.50 alle 17.06 per prenotare degli esami ...41 persone in coda....era quasi arrivato il mio turno ....mancavano solo 2 persone ...mi sento chiudere la telefonata per motivi di traffico???resto gelata! Stamattina sono andata personalmente alla clinica per prenotare ma mi hanno detto di farlo telefonicamente e cosí ho fatto...una giornata spesa invano senza risolvere nulla! Atteggiamento scorretto e poco professionale! Organizzatevi meglio e abbiate piú rispetto delle persone! You deserve zero! No stars! ?An hour and 12 minutes waiting on the phone from 15.50 to 17.06 to book exams ... 41 people in the queue .... my turn was almost here .... there were only 2 people missing ... I feel the phone call is closed due to traffic reasons I am freezing! Ringrazio anche gli infermieri e tutto il personale che si sono presi cura di lei, visto che non sono neanche potuta entrare. Grazie ? Le stanze non erano sufficienti per il numero di ricoveri. Sono stata appoggiata in ortopedia (il mio intervento era di ginecologia) e non é passato,nel post operatorio, un medico o he mi controllasse e che mi dicesse come comportarmi. Ora 18.00 foglio d'uscita. Arrivederci e grazie I underwent a day hospital surgery! From 6.30 to 9.50 in a chair waiting for my turn. The rooms were not sufficient for the number of shelters. Vi ringrazio tutti per avermi fatta sentire come se fossi a casa mia. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Praise ... praise ... praise ... !!! Professionalità, assistenza di alto livello e di non comune umanità accompagnate da disponibilità, gentilezza, premura e attenzione è tutto quello che voi avete offerto a mio padre durante il periodo più buio della sua vita, quando si è trovato a combattere un male oscuro. Una menzione speciale voglio rivolgerla ad dott. Tommaso Grottola che ci ha conquistati per la sua professionalità, competenza e chiarezza, nonché per la sua umanita ed empatia, dimostrando di avere a cuore la persona e non solo il paziente. Il dott. Grottola per noi è stato un vero angelo custode. Ma non voglio dimenticare di ringraziare tutti i componenti dell'equipe medica a partire dal Prof. Di Sebastiano e dal dott. Di Mola, nonché tutto il personale ospedaliero a partire da quello dell'accettazione, gentile e puntuale, a quello infermieristico, sempre attento alle esigenze del paziente. Molte volte ci si allontana dal posto natio nell'illusione di trovare altrove il meglio senza sapere che l'eccellenza è a due passi da casa. L'eccellenza è la Casa di Cura Pierangeli. I am writing this review to express my deepest gratitude from myself and my entire family for giving my father the chance to continue living. Professionalism, high-level assistance and uncommon humanity accompanied by availability, kindness, concern and attention are all that you offered to my father during the darkest period of his life, when he found himself fighting a dark evil. A special mention I want to address to dr. Tommaso Grottola who won us over for his professionalism, competence and clarity, as well as for his humanity and empathy, demonstrating that he cares about the person and not just the patient. Dr. Grottola was a true guardian angel for us. But I don't want to forget to thank all the members of the medical team starting with Prof. Di Sebastiano and dr. Di Mola, as well as all the hospital staff, starting from the kind and punctual reception staff, to the nursing staff, always attentive to the patient's needs. Ringrazio la dott.essa Ilaria Grasso per la cortesia e l' attenzione, dimostrate nella preparazione all' intervento, cosi come la formidabile équipe medica . Sono stata operata dall' eccellente dott.r Pietro Monachino che ringrazio. Spero di non averne più bisogno, ma in caso contrario , tornerò senz' altro qui. Consigliatissima! Aggiungerei che Pescara è bellissima, a misura d' uomo e si mangia bene :) Grazie ancora. I underwent the De Quervain Syndrome surgery on my left hand and they were all extremely kind and helpful, from the entrance to the tampons, up to the resignation. I thank Dr. Ilaria Grasso for the courtesy and attention shown in the preparation for the intervention, as well as the formidable medical team. I was operated on by the excellent Dr. Pietro Monachino whom I thank. I hope I don't need it anymore, but if I don't, I'll definitely come back here. Highly recommended! I would add that Pescara is beautiful, on a human scale and the food is good :) Thanks again.
