★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il loro architetto non è capace a considerare le misure dei mobili con gli spazi che avete a disposizione nonostante viene a casa a controllarle. nell' ordine il mobile doveva essere lungo 282,50cm ma si era dimenticato di mettere i quattro fianchi ed al montaggio il mobile è più lungo di dieci centimetri 292,50 hanno smontanto i battiscopa e sono riusciti a farlo entrare per mezzo centimetro. Il problema è che ora mi si è bruciata una presa dietro ed è quasi impossibile arrivarci... Fate attenzione a tutto.. Siate scrupolosi.. . Nulla da dire sui prodotti. Non hanno voluto sentir ragioni anche perché quando vengono a fare il montaggio il cliente ha pagato tutto. Non ho avuto nessuna assistenza post vendita, ho scritto una mail per regolare un cassetto con la guida rumorosa ma nessuna risposta. Il loro atteggiamento che siamo noi ad aver sbagliato mi fa veramente irritare, l'ordine parla chiaro ed il mobile è più lungo. Quando si lavora tutti possiamo sbagliare basta venirsi incontro e trovare una soluzione invece è colpa del cliente. Mi avete commissionato su carta Vs intestata un mobile di 282,5 e consegnato un mobile di 292,50. Il cappotto interno di tre cm era calcolato nelle misure. Ripeto nulla da eccepire sulla qualità dei prodotti e sui ragazzi che hanno montato.

I had no after-sales assistance, I wrote an email to adjust a drawer with the noisy guide but no response. Their attitude that we are the ones who made the mistake really irritates me, the order is clear and the cabinet is longer. When we work we can all make mistakes just come to meet and find a solution instead it is the customer's fault. You commissioned me a piece of furniture of 282.5 on your letterhead and delivered a piece of furniture of 292.50. The three cm inner coat was calculated in the measurements. I repeat nothing to complain about the quality of the products and the guys who have mounted.
