She helped and accompanied us in choosing the kitchen and we completely trusted her in choosing the materials in line with our tastes. Nello specifico faccio i miei personali complimenti alla Sig.ra Sonia che ha seguito il mio acquisto dalla scelta della cucina e del divano fino al servizio post vendita ed al personale che ha fisicamente montato la cucina presso il mio appartamento, veri professionisti che con cura e perizia hanno effettuato il montaggio.

In particolar modo, ringrazio Chiara per aver progettato la cucina su misura alle mie esigenze e, soprattutto, la squadra del sig. Giuseppe che, insieme a due giovani ragazzi (veramente in gamba) si sono occupati del montaggio e della cura al minimo dettaglio dell'intera cucina con grande efficienza.
Super satisfied with having chosen so much professionalism, kindness and seriousness for my kitchen. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato una cucina modello Agnese nel 2015 spendendo 12.000 euro abbiamo avuto dei problemi nel tempo, il meccanismo di uno dei carrelli porta bibite si è completamente arrugginito e il led sottopensile si è rotto e lo volevamo sostituire. Ho contattato il punto vendita di Palombara e sono andata fisicamente al centro di Guidonia ma entrambi mi hanno detto di inviare una mail. Inutile dire che non ho avuto alcuna risposta e che non sono stata mai ricontattata.
Ho chiaro più volte il centro di Palombara che non trova mai la mia mail anche se mi sono fatta dare l'indirizzo più volte. Anche l'ultima volta che ho chiamato e ho parlato con la signora Elena ho chiesto a lei gentilmente di inviarmi una mail per scongiurare il problema delle mail che non arrivavano. Ma nulla nemmeno questa volta ho avuto una risposta.
Vergognoso....mai vista una assistenza post vendita così deludente...eppure i soldi li hanno presi tutti! Vi farò la pubblicità che meritate
I bought an Agnese model kitchen in 2015 for 12,000 euros and we had some problems over time, the mechanism of one of the drinks trolleys got completely rusty and the under-cabinet led broke and we wanted to replace it. I contacted the Palombara store and physically went to the center of Guidonia but they both told me to send an email. It goes without saying that I have not received any response and that I have never been contacted again.
I have clear several times that the center of Palombara never finds my email even if I have had the address given several times. Even the last time I called and spoke to Mrs. Elena, I kindly asked her to send me an email to avoid the problem of emails not arriving. But not even this time I had an answer.
Shameful .... never seen such a disappointing after-sales service ... yet the money has taken them all! I'll give you the publicity you deserve

Con mio marito siamo stati seguiti da un titolare del negozio, oltre ad essere molto simpatico è stato disponibile e molto competente. Lo store è ben strutturato e accogliente, inoltre c'è un ampio parcheggio fuori. E comunque la cucina è stata acquistata da loro. OTTIMO RAPPORTO QUALITÀ/PREZZO.
I went to this shop 2 days ago for a kitchen quote. With my husband we were looked after by a shop owner, as well as being very nice he was helpful and very competent. The store is well structured and welcoming, plus there is a large parking lot outside. And anyway, the kitchen was bought by them. EXCELLENT VALUE FOR MONEY.
