R	Rita proietti petretti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ oggi sono andata con tutti i documenti per 2 pratiche alle 12:15 e mi sento rispondere chiudiamo alle 12:00 ma sul sito c'è scritto 8:30 12:30 dal lunedì al venerdì.... peccato perchè come persone sono state sempre molto gentili e disponibili, non capisco perchè oggi mi abbiano risposto così.... today I went with all the documents for 2 files at 12:15 and I hear you answer we close at 12:00 but on the website it says 8:30 12:30 from Monday to Friday .... shame because as people they have been always very kind and helpful, I don't understand why they answered me today ....

Da premettere che sono arrivato alle 11:30 , è la chiusura era alle 12:30. Sono stato trattato malissimo come altre persone, la gente è andata via disgustata dal loro comportamento. Bad service at CUP after their mistake make me lose a day of work and don't even want to let me in. To be mentioned that I arrived at 11:30, is the closing was at 12:30. I was treated as badly as other people, people went away disgusted by their behavior.
