★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza totalmente negativa. Per eco cardio richiedono preventivo tampone ed alla visita ci chiedono xchè è stato fatto. Appuntamento alle 9,20 entrato alle 10.15. il dr, durante la visita riferisce di vedere del fumo nel cuore !
Totally bad experience. For eco cardio they ask for a buffer and at the visit they ask us why it was done. Appointment at 9.20 entered at 10.15. during the visit, the dr reported seeing smoke in the heart!

Accoglienza cordialissima delle infermiere e tempo di attesa brevissimo! L'esperienza e la professionalità dei medici che vi operano infine sono il fiore all'occhiello di questo centro. Consigliato!
I was at the San Marco Medical Center yesterday for the first time. I asked for an appointment for a thyroid ultrasound on Monday and I had it for the next day, a dream. Very cordial reception of the nurses and very short waiting time! Finally, the experience and professionalism of the doctors who work there are the pride of this center. Recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi avvalgo io e la mia famiglia dei servizi offerti dal Centro Medico San Marco da quando era in via Fratelli Sebastiani, professionalità serietà e specialisti competenti sempre.
Ma purtroppo ho avuto uno spiacevole episodio, ho richiesto un ecodoppler agli arti inferiori, ho specificato le mie esigenze che hanno assecondato come al solito, purtroppo sono stata affidata alla persona sbagliata. Hanno chiamato il mio numero, mia madre si alza e inizia a spingere la mia carrozzina,( sono una persona con disabilità motoria) rivolto a me dice: è lei che deve fare il doppler? Io annuisco e inizia con una serie di scuse, non poteva eseguire l'esame, in quelle condizioni lui non lo poteva fare. A nulla sono valse le mie spiegazioni, che potevo scendere dalla carrozzina perché la mia disabilità lo consente. Vista la mia preoccupazione di non poter fare un esame a me necessario si è offerto di eseguire l'esame in piedi con le difficoltà che lascio immaginare e la scarsa attendibilità del referto. La disabilità non è contagiosa, dentro quella disabilità c'è un cuore ed un' anima che non devono essere feriti ed un cervello che funziona.
Delusa e amareggiata come spesso mi accade, sostengo che : "La disabilità è agli occhi di chi guarda"
My family and I make use of the services offered by the San Marco Medical Center since it was in via Fratelli Sebastiani, professionalism, seriousness and competent specialists always.
But unfortunately I had an unpleasant episode, I requested an ultrasound on the lower limbs, I specified my needs which they supported as usual, unfortunately I was entrusted to the wrong person. They called my number, my mother gets up and starts pushing my wheelchair, (I am a person with motor disabilities) turned to me and said: is she the one who has to do the doppler? I nod and start with a series of excuses, he could not perform the exam, in those conditions he could not do it. My explanations were of no avail, that I could get out of the wheelchair because my disability allows it. Given my concern at not being able to take an exam I needed, he offered to perform the exam standing up with the difficulties that I can imagine and the poor reliability of the report. Disability is not contagious, within that disability there is a heart and a soul that must not be injured and a brain that works.
Disappointed and embittered as often happens to me, I maintain that: "Disability is in the eyes of the beholder"

Alessandro Bertagni, che fior di professionista dotato di una chiarezza e una sintesi, che non ho mai conosciuto. Grazie dottore sarò sempre suo paziente, le do 30 e lode. Grazie anche alla Dtt.ssa responsabile.

Ok....... prendo altro appuntamento....
Più di un ora prima della visita avverto del mio ritardo di 20 minuti...... arrivato il medico mi passa davanti e se ne va.....

CERTO IL MEDICO NON PUÒ ASPETTARE.... IL PAZIENTE SI... E PER TUTTO IL TEMPO CHE GLI OCCORRE AL MEDICO.
ho fatto più di 100km...... per questa visita......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ personale scortese , ho accompagnato mia madre a fare una risonanza da voi, pur avendo il green pass rafforzato mi volevate allontanare dalla sala di attesa e ancora non ho capito la ragione e quando ve l'ho chiesto avete saputo soltanto alzare la voce con dei modi da far cadere le braccia per terra, tanto che vi ho invitato a chiamare le forze dell ordine se ritenevate di stare nel giusto.
ritengo che in una discussione non si ha la meglio alzando la voce ma chiarendo le proprie posizioni in modo educato, comprensibile e soprattutto rispettoso, tutto cio' mi dispiace per voi e' mancato.
indossavo correttamente la mascherina, la sala , che al momento era occupata da 6 persone, e' grande ed e' facilmente praticabile il distanziamento, avete perfino la porta scorrevole che permette di arieggiare l ambiente ,quando vi ho fatto presente che fuori faceva freddo mi avete risposto che mi potevo mettere in macchina. non invocate il dpcm e il rispetto del suo contenuto, questa e' solo maleducazione.
l'ultima volta che sono venuto e la sala di attesa era chiusa sono rimasto fuori se invece la sala di attesa e' accessibile deve essere fruibile al pubblico punto.
