I have a family member hospitalized here, and I must say that we have found a lot of humanity and kindness from everyone, and although it is not a real hospital they are organized in a decent way, much better than some more famous hospitals.

Mi hanno detto che da gennaio avrebbero riaperto le liste di attesa. Per avere conferma di questo mi hanno detto di telefonare dopo la metà di dicembre, senza ritornare presso la struttura, onde evitarmi un viaggio a vuoto. È dalla metà di dicembre che telefono! Puoi telefonare a qualsiasi ora del giorno che non ti risponde nessuno! Farebbero meglio a togliere il contatto telefonico piuttosto che far perdere tempo al telefono. Non è possibile fare un'ora di fila per ottenere una semplice informazione. Forse il Direttore dovrebbe riorganizzare i servizi o dire chiaramente che non ha personale per provvedere ai servizi di informazione telefonica. Questa è la sanità più bella del mondo come dice qualcuno? Non solo i medici fanno la sanità ma anche e, soprattutto, il supporto logistico organizzativo. Pessima esperienza! It is not possible to ask for information over the phone. For months I have been waiting to be able to book a very banal surgery. They told me that the waiting lists would reopen in January. To confirm this they told me to call after mid-December, without returning to the facility, in order to avoid an empty trip. I have been on the phone since mid-December! You can call at any time of day when no one answers you! They'd better cut phone contact than waste time on the phone. It is not possible to queue for an hour to obtain simple information. Perhaps the Director should reorganize the services or state clearly that he has no staff to provide telephone information services. Is this the most beautiful healthcare in the world as some say? Not only doctors do healthcare but also and, above all, organizational logistical support. Bad experience!

Alle 9.20 tutto fatto altri 5 minuti ed ho il referto. appointment at 8.30 for complete abdomen ultrasound. The doctor shows up at 9.10 so if you have a full bladder and it creates pain it is your problem not his. At 9.20 all done another 5 minutes and I have the report.

Arrivo ieri al centro alle 9:00, vado per pagare il ticket ma la persona allo sportello mi segnala che l'appuntamento non era per lunedì 31 maggio, bensì per lunedì 7 giugno!! Ovviamente non c'è stato modo di poter rimediare facendo la visita anche se con altro medico. Amareggiato vado via (perso un giorno di ferie e fatto 140 km per nulla). Oggi 1 giugno, chiamo il CUP per disdire l'app.to per il 7 giugno, vengo a conoscenza che l'appuntamento era realmente fissato per il 31 maggio 2021 ma revocato (!?) e questa operazione, come segnalato dell'operatore, la poteva fare solo il personale della CASA DELLA SALUTE di Magliano Sabina. Traete pure le conclusioni in quanto a professionalità e rispetto per gli altri. g	gino rossi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi raccomando non prendete appuntamenti per visite . i ho preso tramite cup una visita ortopedica urgente per mia moglie che è invalida permetto che parto da Roma l'appuntamento era per le 13,40 sono arrivato alle 13 per fare accettazione manila cup era chiuso apriva alle 14 ok mi dicono di andare davanti alla stanza che avrei fatto accettazione dopo la visita, vado e c'erano altre 4 persone , mia grande sorpresa ALL'UNA E MEZZA esce il dottore tutto infuriati e gridando dice IO FACCIO ALTRE 2 VISITE E POI MENEVADO ,POTETE IMMAGGINARE SI È CERCATO UN DIRETTORE SANITARIO E NON SI È TROVATO PER FARLA CORTA SONO STATI CHIAMATI I CARABINIERI CHE INTERVENUTI ANNO CONVINTO IL DOTTORE A VISITARE E COSI A FATTO 4 VISITE IN 10 MINUTI A ME SERVIVA UNA RELAZIONE PUR AVENDO TUTTA LA DOCUMENTAZIONE A DETTO CHE LUI POTEVA FARE SOLO LA VISITA MI SONO ARRESO. Personale all'ingresso gentilissimo infatti molto rispettosi delle normative anti covid mi hanno registrato all'ingresso annotando il mio numero di telefono. Small well organized hospital. Top cleaning. Flexibility with appointments. Good parking. Staff at the entrance very kind indeed very respectful of the anti covid regulations they registered me at the entrance noting my phone number.

Presentatomi in orario utile, venivo ricevuto dalla dott.ssa subentrante alla dott.ssa Mornighi, perché in pensione, non in riservatezza e privacy all'interno della stanza, bensì sull'uscio della porta, in presenza di altri pazienti. Fin quí etica professionale carente ma sorvolabile. La mia indignazione è scattata quando, per un errore nella compilazione della'impegnativa da parte del mio medico curante, la dott.ssa Ferrarese mi invitava ad essere più celere nella mia richiesta perché..."ho già perso 1/2 ora del mio tempo per parlare con lei'!!!!! Non sempre il turn-over migliora il servizio offerto, in questo caso l'ha peggiorato!
