L'agriturismo è facilmente raggiungibile (dista solo 3 minuti dal casello autostradale di Magliano Sabina). Il cibo non solo è ottimo ma è anche presentato molto bene. I vini a disposizione sono tipici della zona, così come i piatti offerti. Se passate in zona, è obbligatorio provarlo. Invitation to rest: It's amazing how, just a few kilometers from Rome, you can find so much tranquility and beauty. The farmhouse is easily accessible (it is only 3 minutes from the Magliano Sabina motorway exit). The food is not only great but it is also very well presented. The wines available are typical of the area, as well as the dishes offered. If you pass in the area, it is mandatory to try it.

Da apprezzare la cucina eccellente, con piatti della tradizione rivisitati il giusto, con gusto ed equilibrio, il servizio gentile, la cura semplice nelle cose. Ingredienti spesso fatti in casa. Loro una bellissima famiglia. Davvero 5 stelle! If I had to give an adjective, I would say Peace. Despite the proximity to the highway, yes it is surrounded by nature and silence. Cercavo un posto dove pranzare genuino e locale, e far stare i bimbi all’aria aperta. Ecco: CentOlivi è esattamente questo. Parcheggio interno in mezzo agli ulivi. Prato enorme ben curato, con scivolo e altalena per bimbi. Veniamo al pranzo. Antipasto locale e fatto in casa: frittelle di cicoria magnifiche, formaggio con marmellata di pomodori e peperoncino incredibile. Ottime anche lasagna di carciofi e gnocchi con panna e pancetta. Mio figlio si è divorato l’arista panata (e ovviamente le patate). Chiuso con cheesecake fatta in casa alle fragole (una delizia), e ciambelline al vino buonissime (credo anche quelle fatte in casa). Eravamo in 4 adulti e 2 bimbi, abbiamo preso le stesse portate più o meno, e 2 bottiglie di vino: 80€ a famiglia, inclusi 2 barattoli di marmellata di pomodori e peperoncino da riportare a casa. Padroni di casa gentilissimi e cordiali, soprattutto pazienti con i bimbi che hanno scorrazzato liberamente per tutto il casale. Menzione d’onore per Olivia, uno dei cani del casale: buona come una pecora, oltre che bellissima (sembra un alano ma con il pelo di una tigre). We went there because I had to stop at the Tesla Supercharger which is located in a hotel just off the motorway exit. I was looking for a place to have genuine and local lunch, and let the children stay outdoors. Here: CentOlivi is exactly that. Internal parking in the middle of the olive trees. Huge well-kept lawn, with slide and swing for children. We come to lunch. Local and home made appetizer: magnificent chicory pancakes, cheese with tomato jam and amazing chilli. Also excellent lasagna with artichokes and gnocchi with cream and bacon. My son ate the breaded pork loin (and of course the potatoes). Closed with homemade strawberry cheesecake (a delight), and very good wine donuts (I think even the homemade ones). We were 4 adults and 2 children, we took the same courses more or less, and 2 bottles of wine: 80 € per family, including 2 jars of tomato and chilli jam to take home. Very kind and friendly hosts, especially patients with children who roamed freely throughout the house. Honorable mention for Olivia, one of the dogs of the farmhouse: good as a sheep, as well as beautiful (it looks like a Great Dane but with the hair of a tiger).

La gentilezza dei proprietari è una garanzia e sono felice di farli conoscere ogni volta a nuovi amici. Even in a day with a fixed menu, Centolivi does not contradict itself. S	Sabina De Nicola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agriturismo a pochi km da Roma immerso nel verde e curato in ogni dettaglio, contraddistinto dalla gentilezza e disponibilità dei proprietari! la qualita' delle materie prime dei piatti assaggiati è ottima dall'antipasto del casale con salumi e formaggi locali, servito con la marmellata di peperoncino e miele prodotto dall'azienda, alle Eccezionali fettuccine fatte in casa con i funghi porcini fino al dolce. Il posto è ideale anche per i bambini che possono giocare all'aperto nella natura infatti ,con la nostra famiglia, ogni volta che vogliamo evadere dal caos della città ci rifugiamo in questo piccolo angolo di pace. È fantastico anche per eventi, noi ci abbiamo festeggiato il battesimo di nostra figlia, e ci siamo trovati molto bene soprattutto perche' c è la possibilita di avere la location in esclusiva tutta per noi per noi . Da menzionare l'antipasto e lo spezzatino, fatto in un modo mai provato prima. Buonissimi anche i dolci, tutti fatti in casa. Staff cordiale e ottimo prezzo. L'unica pecca è stata quella di non potere mangiare all'aperto dato l'ampio spazio esterno, ma era troppo freddo. Su consiglio della proprietaria abbiamo preso due antipasti da dividere in quattro (scelta azzeccata viste poi le porzioni). Gli antipasti sono molto buoni ma, stupisce sopratutto la qualità della materia prima usata. Molto buoni anche la focaccia e il pane fatti in casa. Come primo abbiamo ordinato piatti diversi, tutti eccellenti, particolarmente degni di nota gli gnocchetti limone e guanciale e la lasagna alla zucca. Pure sul secondo non hanno deluso le aspettative che ormai ci eravamo creati! Eccezionali la qualità della carne e l'esecuzione dei piatti. Ci hanno saggiamente consigliato un buon rosso in base a ciò che avevamo ordinato. l'ambiente è giovane e fresco e scambiando due parole con i gestori e il personale di servizio si nota con piacere un atteggiamento giovane e positivo nei confronti dell' attività intrapresa Complimenti!! The homemade focaccia and bread are also very good. As a first course we ordered different dishes, all excellent, particularly noteworthy are the lemon and guanciale gnocchi and the pumpkin lasagna. Even on the second they did not disappoint the expectations that we had created by now! The quality of the meat and the execution of the dishes are exceptional. They wisely recommended a good red based on what we ordered. the environment is young and fresh and by exchanging a few words with the managers and the service staff, we are pleased to note a young and positive attitude towards the activity undertaken Congratulations!!
