Alle casse non esistono più i numeri, si procede a memoria, con l'ultimo arrivato, e con sportelli divisi in base a chi deve fare una cosa o l'altra. Un caos totale. Per non parlare di infermiere e cassiere, sempre estremamente maleducate e arroganti. Ma questo succedeva anche prima della pandemia. Premetto che sono una ragazza molto educata ma questo non assicura sempre una corretta comunicazione ed educazione dall altra parte. Entro,esprimo la MASSIMA urgenza per attivare il CAD comunico anche che avevo i punti io stessa e che la situazione appunto era urgente tutto comprovato. La "Signora" Ha avuto un atteggiamento poco professionale, poco educato, poco paziente e nemmeno ascolta la persona che ha davanti sbolognandomi con un pezzo di carta e dicendomi che solo martedì e giovedì si fanno le attivazioni... Ok ma nel mentre? Uno viene lasciato così? Ho provato a chiedere allora dove devo andare mi ha risposto " Non lo so qua ci si viene per appuntamento mica così" Ma una persona in stato di emergenza deve aspettare 5 giorni ( era venerdì) senza cibarsi bere mangiare e medicine? !non mettete in front una persona del genere.
