★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andato a fare il medico temporaneo (fila lunghissima e solo due sportelli) ed è andato tutto pressapoco liscio.
Nel frattempo ho chiesto informazioni riguardo il medico temporaneo per la mia ragazza, italoamericana, che non ha la tessera sanitaria, non iscritta all'ASL italiana e risiede in Umbria. Mi hanno detto che poteva farlo, bastava solo un documento.
Quindi, dopo pochi giorni andiamo ed una signora anziana con gli occhiali blu ci dice, insistendo, che per farla è assolutamente necessaria la tessera sanitaria perché loro da lì non si possono "collegare con l'agenzia delle entrate" e verificare se lei ha o no un medico in Umbria. Alza la voce, è maleducata e con arroganza ci manda via con un pugno di mosche, facendo piangere dalla frustrazione la mia ragazza.
Andiamo in un altro cup (via Mengoli) e ci dicono che è assurdo ciò che ci hanno detto al cup di Saragozza ed in 10 minuti la mia ragazza ha un medico temporaneo.
Inaccettabile che certi incompetenti lavorano in certi settori, inoltre con un attitudine al lavoro pessima e con un atteggiamento ostile.
Per il resto, classica struttura sanitaria pubblica all'italiana: mediocre, minima efficienza, orari inadeguati, servizi online scarsi, centralino inesistente, informazioni generiche inaccessibili (es: devi recarti lì per conoscere gli orari dell'anagrafe sanitaria)

She raises her voice, she is rude and arrogantly sends us away with a handful of flies, making my girlfriend cry with frustration.
We go to another cup (via Mengoli) and they tell us that what they told us at the cup in Zaragoza is absurd and in 10 minutes my girlfriend has a temporary doctor.
It is unacceptable that some incompetents work in certain sectors, also with a bad attitude to work and with a hostile attitude.
For the rest, a classic Italian-style public health facility: mediocre, minimal efficiency, inadequate hours, poor online services, non-existent switchboard, inaccessible generic information (e.g. you have to go there to find out the hours of the health registry)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Credo che in qualsiasi struttura medica sia necessario predisporre la possibilità di poter parcheggiare l'auto in prossimità della struttura stessa. Capisco che in questo caso ci troviamo in centro a Bologna all'interno della cerchia muraria ma non è possibile per chi ha necessità di frequentare questo luogo dover impazzire nel trovare parcheggio fuori porta. Inoltre entrando dall'ingresso sul viale sono presenti sempre posti auto non utilizzati ma con un servizio di rimozione forzata attivo.

I understand that in this case we are in the center of Bologna within the walls but it is not possible for those who need to frequent this place to have to go crazy in finding parking outside the door. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio distribuzione farmaci molto più cavilloso e burocratizzato rispetto ad altre sedi. Se la compliance dovesse dipendere da queste, staremmo freschi.

Fortuna che siamo in Emilia Romagna dove le cose mediamente funzionano, comunque c'è una disorganizzazione totale.
