Abbiamo preso appuntamento per holter e visita cardiologica . 5 stelle meritatissime per la Dott. Lubica Havelova Maximum professionalism and seriousness. A	Alby Deambrog on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale gentile all'accettazione, appuntamento alle 8:15 per una ecografia dottoressa che arriva tranquillamente come se nulla fosse senza fretta alle 9 del mattino facendo aspettare me e le persone che avevano appuntamento alle 8 :30 e 8:45.. Ovviamente visita veloce, grazie e arrivederci per recuperare il tempo.. Friendly staff at the reception, appointment at 8:15 for an ultrasound doctor who arrives quietly as if nothing was unhurried at 9 in the morning making me wait and the people who had an appointment at 8: 30 and 8:45 .. Obviously quick visit , thank you and goodbye to make up for the time ..
l	luisa novak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ una sola stella..e sono anche stata generosa ! la visita allergologica era a mio avviso nella media , sembrava solo un'intervista di mezz'ora per una spesa di 110€ la dottoressa d'Agostino sembrava disponibile all'inizio , poi , dopo avermi dato due o tre tipi di spray nasali per la mia rinite allergica ..che però per me non andavano bene , mi dice telefonicamente di prendere un'altro spray nasale il FOSTER , ma il mio medico di base mi ha detto che era per asmatici (io non sono asmatica) quando la chiamo (ed è stata lei a dire di chiamarla..) si è volatizzata, l'ho chiamata un paio di volte me si è letteralmente dileguata . un bell'esempio di etica professionale one star .. and I was also generous! the allergy visit was in my opinion average, it seemed only a half hour interview for a cost of 110 € Dr. d'Agostino seemed available at first, then, after giving me two or three types of nasal sprays for my allergic rhinitis ... but they weren't good for me, she told me by phone to take another nasal spray, the FOSTER , but my GP told me it was for asthmatics (I'm not asthmatic) when I call her (and she said to call her ..) she evaporated, I called her a couple of times literally vanished. a fine example of professional ethics

Visita e ecocardio eseguiti con molta professionalità dalla dott.ssa Havelova. Personale all'accettazione molto gentile. Senza dubbio consiglio questa struttura. It is the first time that I turn to this structure. Very fast. Called on Tuesday and booked visit on Saturday. Examination and echocardio performed with great professionalism by Dr. Havelova. Very polite reception staff. I definitely recommend this establishment.

Prenotazione effettuata in data prevista all'ora prevista mi presento pago quanto richiesto prima dell'esame al momento di fare l'ecografia NON me la fanno dicendo che dalla prescrizione non si capisce cosa si deve guardare. Che se deve guardarmi il braccio dalla spalla al polso sono 5 esami non uno. Quindi mi fa rimborsare i soldi pagati, senza controllare alcunché. Ora trovo altamente imbarazzante per la struttura che non sappiano dare indicazioni precise se quelle sono le modalità operative perché nessuno al telefono mi ha mai detto che non si capiva che cosa dovevo fare di preciso almeno magari uno prenotava altrove ed evitava di farsi 40 km ad andare e tornare per il nulla. La segreteria è sempre gentile ed efficiente. Il medico che mi ha seguito, il dr. Vona, è stato molto chiaro e scrupoloso. Consigliatissimo I had both an MRI and an orthopedic visit with them and I had a great time. Low prices and short waiting lists. The secretary is always polite and efficient. The doctor who followed me, dr. Vona was very clear and thorough. Highly recommended
