Le coach che ti seguono sono molto professionali e pronte a darti sempre consigli per migliorare. Curves gym for women .... fantastic !!! I corsi completano il programma di allenamento e puoi sceglerne diversi. Ottimo staff, personale gentile, educato e professionale quindi lo consiglio a tutte !!!!!!!!!!!! Grazie CURVES I have been attending this gym for only a year and I feel great, clean and tidy, excellent I would say; the Curves circuit gives you the chance to train in half an hour every day and reach your goals. Ambiente rilassante, le ragazze sempre presenti ti seguono in modo amichevole ma professionale. Ho cambiato me stessa e mi ha reso più forte e più "bella" con 9 kg in meno grazie anche alla competente nutrizionista Grazia. Lo consiglio in special modo alle più pigre perché lo ero anche io . Grazie Curves?? Curves has changed my way of doing physical activity. Top circuit and interesting courses. Relaxing environment, the girls always present follow you in a friendly but professional way. I changed myself and made me stronger and more "beautiful" with 9 kg less thanks to the competent nutritionist Grace. I especially recommend it to the laziest because I was too. Thanks Curves??

Con l allenamento studiato dal gruppo Curves per noi donne ho perso quasi 10 kg e il.mio corpo ha ripreso tonicità!!!. Sono stra contenta e ringrazio tutto lo staff per l impegno e l entusiasmo che ci trasmettere a ogni allenamento .. Perché venire a Curves...per noi stesse...per cambiare vita, per stare bene e divertirsi un sacco! I started in October. Fantastic, fun and all-female environment. With the Curves workout designed by the group we women have lost almost 10 kg and il.mio body has taken tone !!!. La consiglio anche a chi deve rimettersi in forma dopo tanto tempo. Con Curves non si è mai soli, c'è sempre lo staff dedicato nel circuito. Excellent all-female gym, the only gym that allows me to lose weight, it takes 3/4 training sessions a week to get results !! I also recommend it to those who need to get back in shape after a long time. With Curves you are never alone, there is always the dedicated staff in the circuit.

L'accesso è consentito solo dopo controllo temperatura corporea Gli attrezzi vengono disinfettati dopo OGNI UTILIZZO! Le docce vengono disinfettate dopo ogni utilizzo. Cosa si può desiderare di più? Clean gym, instructors follow the athletes step by step. You train a few at a time, after booking. Access is allowed only after body temperature control. Tools are disinfected after EVERY USE! The showers are disinfected after each use. What more could you want?
