The house of the woman is a long established institution wanted by the women of Pisa. Inside there is a well-stocked library where you can find books referring in particular to the world of women and the problems connected to it. There is also a telephone woman who responds to calls of women in particular referred to domestic violence.

Casa della Donna is the home of all of us: a safe place where everyone is accepted and is free to express herself. Numerous initiatives have been carried out by the volunteers, and the Telephone Woman service is effective to help those in difficulty.
