Purtroppo dopo 3 mesi l'INPS mi scrive che non potrà concedermi gli assegni x una incongruenza : risulto separata ma in realtà non lo sono. L'errore ci sta, ma la cosa più fastidiosa è la non disponibilità e l'acidità che percepisci quando ti rispondono al centralino. Attendo ancora la risposta alla mia richiesta di appuntamento per visionare questa benedetta richiesta, perché purtroppo il mio lavoro non mi permette di fare altrimenti. I had to apply for family allowances in via Bonaini. Unfortunately, after 3 months, INPS writes to me that it will not be able to grant me checks for an inconsistency: I am separated but in reality I am not. The error is there, but the most annoying thing is the non-availability and the acidity you perceive when they answer you to the switchboard. I still await the response to my request for an appointment to view this blessed request, because unfortunately my work does not allow me to do otherwise.
I	Ienki Penki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inizio per un ricorso INAIL. Dottoressa scettica su ciò che dichiaro. Giusto deve esser certa prima di iniziare un ricorso. Mando per e-mail documenti di conferma della mia tesi ( mi fu detto dalla impiegata gentile del caf che avrei potuto usare e-mail è che avrebbe poi smistato alla dottoressa)....nessuna risposta. Invio altro documento... nessuna risposta. Chiedo appuntamento col dottore. Niente.....Si credono grandi....ma non lo sono. Start for an INAIL appeal. Doctor skeptical about what I declare. Just must be certain before starting an appeal. I send by e-mail documents confirming my thesis (I was told by the kind employee of the caf that I could use e-mail is that he would then send the doctor) .... no answer. Sending another document ... no answer. I ask for an appointment with the doctor. Nothing ..... They believe they are great .... but they are not.

N	Nick S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio INCA pessimo..mi è stato ripetuto più volte che era tutto apposto per quanto riguarda la mia domanda NASPI quando invece era tutto bloccato per un incongruenza. Ho dovuto risolvere il problema da solo contattando INPS..in conclusione sono stato quattro mesi senza vedere un euro!! In un periodo di difficoltà come quello che stiamo passando in questi mesi dovrebbero aiutare le persone in difficoltà e approfondire le richieste per capire come mai un utente sono mesi che chiede aiuto.. Povera Italia... Bad INCA service..I was told several times that everything was fine with regards to my NASPI question when everything was blocked due to an inconsistency. I had to solve the problem by myself by contacting INPS .. in conclusion I was four months without seeing a euro !! In a difficult period like the one we are going through in these months they should help people in difficulty and deepen their requests to understand why a user has been asking for help for months. Poor Italy...
