★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo posso solo parlarne male! Si paga una retta esagerata e purtroppo c’è un pessimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Qualsiasi cosa non è compito loro, non ti considerano se non al momento del pagamento. Durante il periodo Covid con le visite vietate x me e’ stato veramente difficile comunicare con mia zia ricoverata in struttura. Bisogna fare il numero almeno 10 volte prima che qualcuno ti risponda, se chiami una volta di più ti rispondono seccatamente, se consegni farmaci o altra roba in un orario a loro non consono , non ti fanno neanche entrare... insomma un’esperienza pessima!!!!
Unfortunately I can only speak ill of it! You pay an exaggerated fee and unfortunately there is a bad quality / price ratio. Whatever is not their job, they don't consider you except at the time of payment. During the Covid period with visits prohibited for me, it was really difficult to communicate with my aunt admitted to the facility. You have to dial at least 10 times before someone answers you, if you call once more they will answer you sharply, if you deliver drugs or other stuff at a time that is not appropriate for them, they won't even let you in ... in short, a bad experience !!!!
