★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo. Da evitare. Camera non corrispondente a quella prenotata e diversa dalle foto messe a disposizione su booking. Si trattava di un monolocale a piano terra senza finestre né altre aperture. Ripeto, senza finestre!!!!!! I locali erano sporchi; abbiamo perfino trovato una blatta sul tavolo. Anche il bagno senza finestre né bidet.
Camera molto rumorosa a causa del motorino d'acqua presente in uno stanzino che si azionava ogniqualvolta qualcuno nella palazzina apriva l'acqua. Maleducazione dei gestori che non hanno assicurato il parcheggio per la macchina anche se sul punto avevo mandato una specifica richiesta. Da evitare.
 Very bad. To avoid. Room not corresponding to the one booked and different from the photos made available on booking. It was a ground floor studio apartment with no windows or other openings. I repeat, without windows !!!!!! The premises were dirty; we even found a cockroach on the table. Even the bathroom without windows or bidet.
Very noisy room because of this water scooter in a closet that azionava whenever someone in the building opened the water. Rudeness of the managers who did not provide parking for the car even though I had sent a specific request. To avoid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Tutto perfetto, casa singola ristrutturata, composta da due appartamenti rispettivamente primo e secondo piano, la metratura ampia, ideale per una o più notti, volendo ci sarebbe anche la possibilità di una piccola cucina con 4 fuochi ed a quel punto sarebbe veramente completa di tutto !! A poche centinaia di metri si trovano le botteghe, banche, il corso ma soprattutto la spiaggia ... Ottima meta a me sconosciuta, spero di ritornare in quanto il 19 o 21 agosto c'è la festa del paese molto conosciuta ed apprezzata !.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Casina vista mare , la casa si trova in una posizione strategica, 3 min a piedi dal porto , centro storico. Pulizia ottima. Piero , il proprietario persona molto gentile , ci ha dato anche molti consigli per il nostro soggiorno, che dire se non poterla consigliare a tutti ☺️.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: We had 9 nights in different places in Sicily, La Casa del Capitano was one of the best, good value for money, superb location, fast and easygoing checkin, spacious room with balcony in very nice old building, finding free parking its not super easy (the street is a staircase where the appartament is) but we manage to find 400m away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Central location, very authentic, Sicilian atmosphere.. Negative: Staff was not speaking English, unclear driving directions, balcony very dirty with birds' excrements, also dust on the bed tables..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Location is perfect, only around 100m from the main walking street with plenty of restaurants. To the pier is like 10 minutes walking so everything is really close to the "casa".. Negative: Really big but basic room with no option to make a meal - there are no dishes, no glasses etc. In the bathroom there is a curtain which makes you impossible to take a shower without spilling the whole bathroom especially that the shower is really small..
