I prezzi sono leggermente più alti dei grandi centri, questo però è trascurabile se si pensa alla reale professionalità, disponibilità e attenzione del personale che ti consiglia e segue passo-passo per il miglior acquisto.
 Shop for sports equipment, accessories and clothing (mountaineering, ski mountaineering, trekking, swimming, etc.) well stocked with all the best brands.
The prices are slightly higher than the large centers, but this is negligible if you think about the real professionalism, availability and attention of the staff who advise and follow you step-by-step for the best purchase.

Come gia fatto presente da altri utenti, nel punto vendita è presente un/una dipendente (dalla voce al telefono non si capiva) estremamente scortese. Dopo un acquisto online (dello stesso prodotto venduto in negozio!) ho chiamato questo punto vendita per chiedere una semplicissima informazione riguardo la scarpa. Ho ricevuto come risposta testuali parole: “mi da fastidio che comprate online e poi chiamate il negozio” con tanto di arroganza, ignara del fatto che sia tenuta a fornirmi informazioni, data la sua mansione e mettere quindi da parte le proprie questioni personali. Non a tutti interessa cosa le dia fastidio, forse non lo sa. Io ho acquistato, ho chiamato (lavorando 6/7 non posso venire in negozio!) per un’informazione e mi è stato chiuso il telefono in faccia dopo tutto il minestrone che aveva in testa riguardante la lotta al business online. Imbarazzante. Spero che qualcuno prenda provvedimenti
Can't you put less than one star?
As already mentioned by other users, in the store there is an employee (from voice to phone was not understood) extremely rude. After an online purchase (of the same product sold in the store!) I called this store to ask for a very simple information about the shoe. I received as a textual response: "it bothers me that you buy online and then call the shop" with a lot of arrogance, unaware of the fact that she is required to provide me with information, given her job and therefore put aside her personal matters. Not everyone cares what bothers her, maybe she doesn't know. I bought, I called (working 6/7 I can't come to the store!) For information and I got the phone closed in my face after all the soup he had in mind regarding the fight against online business. Embarrassing. Hope someone takes action
