★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non mi era mai capitato di entrare in un negozio che fornisca tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno con tanta professionalità ma maggiormente con tanta efficienza, collaborazione e disponibilità. A volte vado non avendo tutte le info necessarie: richieste della scuola di mia figlia : un album non so bene come, delle tempere con un nome strano, un piccolo regalo da fare per qualche amichetta di mia figlia, oppure delle mie esigenze quotidiane come una email da inviare al volo con dei documenti scansionati. Oppure quel giorno vado di fretta ed ho un urgenza: esco sempre dal negozio con il prodotto giusto e con tutte le informazioni necessarie in tempi rapidissimi!. La consiglio e la raccomando vivamente e lascio i miei complimenti alla proprietaria che nonostante la giovane età ha realmente la "stoffa" di un negoziante navigato ed ha il giusto atteggiamento di chi è nel commercio!

 It had never happened to me to enter a shop that provides everything you need with such professionalism but more with such efficiency, collaboration and availability. Sometimes I go not having all the necessary info: requests from my daughter's school: an album I don't know how, some tempera with a strange name, a small gift to do for some of my daughter's girlfriends, or my daily needs as a email to be sent on the fly with scanned documents. Or that day I'm in a hurry and have an urgency: I always leave the shop with the right product and with all the necessary information in a very short time! I highly recommend and recommend it and I leave my congratulations to the owner who, despite her young age, really has the "stuff" of a seasoned shopkeeper and has the right attitude of someone in the business!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale neofita non adatta al pubblico. Sono andato per ritirare un pacco tramite le poste e ahimè non trovavo il codice. Ciò nonostante mi hanno dato il pacco comunicando solo il nome e cognome. Il ragazzo ha minacciato dicendomi che la prossima volta senza codice non mi avrebbe dato il pacco. Quanto meno il neofita avrebbe dovuto chiedermi il documento e no lo ha fatto. Poi gli ho mostrato il codice che nel frattempo avevo trovato. La normativa covid non c'entra nulla. Il ragazzo ha chiesto il codice della posta che ho trovato in seguito. Ha consegnato il pacco senza verificare il nominativo ed è stato inopportuno dicendo che la prossima volta non consegnava l'oggetto senza codice. Io da voi non comprerò in futuro neanche una matita. Inutile girare la frittata con scuse covid.
Neophyte staff not suitable for the public. I went to collect a package through the post office and alas I could not find the code. Nonetheless, they gave me the package by communicating only the name and surname. The boy threatened and told me that the next time without a code he would not give me the package. At least the neophyte should have asked me for the document and he didn't. Then I showed him the code that I had found in the meantime. The covid legislation has nothing to do with it. The guy asked for the post code which I found later. He delivered the package without verifying the name and was inappropriate saying that the next time he would not deliver the item without a code. I will not buy a pencil from you in the future. No need to turn the omelette with covid excuses.
