Mio consiglio è di usare un fiordilatte "vero", di qualità e non formaggi scarsi modello americano. Non perdetevi su inezie perché il prodotto buono viene sempre premiato dai consumatori
 Compared to the old management it seems to me that the quality of the products has dropped, in particular the cheese was not at all good on my pinse. My advice is to use a "real" fiordilatte, of quality and not poor American model cheeses. Do not miss out on trifles because the good product is always rewarded by consumers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima Pinsa leggera e di giuste dimensioni per permettere di poter mangiare anche qualcos'altro dal menu. Il locale ha una veranda esterna coperta con tendoni in plastica che in inverno sono riscaldati dai funghi. Il menu è vario e permette di scegliere tra le tante diverse pinse quella che più si adatta al proprio gusto.
Il servizio è veloce e disponibile alle spiegazioni dei diversi ingredienti.
Facile trovare il parcheggio.
Meglio prenotare se si andasse nel weekend per non trovarsi senza posto, magari in seconda serata si può accedere anche senza prenotazione.
Excellent light Pinsa and of the right size to allow you to eat something else from the menu. The restaurant has an outdoor veranda covered with plastic awnings which in winter are heated by mushrooms. The menu is varied and allows you to choose from the many different pinse the one that best suits your taste.
The service is fast and available with explanations of the different ingredients.
Easy to find parking.
Better to book if you went on the weekend so as not to find yourself without a seat, perhaps in the late evening you can also access without a reservation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pinsa romana is a special version of Pizza from an old recipe. It is softer and easier to digest, contains less fat and carbs than standard pizza due to the different mix of flours and much longer raising time.
Pinsa Magna offers a very good selection of pinsa, with different toppings, and a good selection of appetisers. You can also have meat in the Brazilian Rodizo way, though I have not yet tried it.
Pinsas are very good to eat there or take away. The place is a standard restaurant targeting the local neighborhood customers.
