★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non avendone una di fiducia stamattina ho scelto questa carrozzeria tra tante su internet per farmi sistemare lo specchietto interno della mia auto che a capodanno si era scollato dal parabrezza. Li ho chiamati prima di andare e la signorina che mi ha risposto al telefono è stata gentilissima fornendomi diverse spiegazioni.
Una volta arrivata sul posto il signor Daniele, che era già stato messo al corrente del mio problema, mi ha sistemato lo specchietto in pochi minuti.
Cordialità, gentilezza e professionalità (nella carrozzeria c'erano molte auto e suv... buon segno) credo siano loro punti forti.
Anche se solo per un piccolo lavoretto mi hanno fatto una gran bella impressione, sicuramente mi rivolgerò a loro in futuro quando avrò bisogno di una carrozzeria!
Not having one of trust this morning I chose this bodywork among many on the internet to get me to fix the interior mirror of my car that at the New Year had come off the windshield. I called them before I went and the young lady who answered me on the phone was very kind giving me several explanations.
Once Mr. Daniele arrived, who had already been made aware of my problem, he fixed my mirror in a few minutes.
Friendliness, kindness and professionalism (in the bodywork there were many cars and SUVs ... good sign) I think they are their strong points.
Even if only for a small job they made a great impression on me, I will certainly turn to them in the future when I need a body shop!
