U	Ugo Bernes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giunto sul posto da una certa distanza intenzionato ad acquistare un'auto reclamizzata, trovo tutto sbarrato: nessuna tabella, nessun cartello di aperto/chiuso, nessun orario di apertura: beh, un rivenditore di auto che chiude tutto il sabato pomeriggio (c'era il sole...magari è andato al mare...) senza dare alcuna indicazione, è proprio il massimo di scarsa professionalità e di mancato rispetto del potenziale cliente. Ho provato fra l'altro anche a contattare al telefono ambedue i fratelli, ma tutti e due i telefoni erano staccati...magnifico! M	Martina ebbasta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una stella è anche tanto, la macchina in questione viene comprata prendendo in carico la maggior parte dei problemi presenti e accordati un due lavoretti che avrebbero dovuto fare loro. 2 su tre fatti, macchina trovata sporchissima, senza benzina, senza tappetini e con una sola chiave, penso quella di scorta. A quel punto viene disattivata la spia motore accesa per un problema risolto, a detta loro. Porto a casa la macchina e si riaccende questa spia, per non parlare della lancetta del serbatoio bloccata, noi in famiglia abbiamo un meccanico che in tempo zero Ha controllato questa spia, ha un problema di ben 300 euro! A quel punto chiamo l'azienda, risponde scortese, mi butta giù due volte e mi offende anche, solo perché io per mio diritto chiedo il rimborso del pezzo. Lui si offre di montarne una USATA compatibile con la mia.. Ma stiamo scherzando? E questa è la loro professionalità? In serata andrò a trovarli di persona sperando di ottenere qualcosa. Altrimenti si va per vie legali. SCOMSIGLIATISSIMO. ASSENZA DI PROFESSIONALITÀ. PERSONALE MALEDUCATO. IRRISPETTOSI. BUGIARDI. PER NIENTE DISPONIBILI. Essendo io una persona precisa, avevo fatto una chiamata questa mattina per confermare l'incontro. Il proprietario dell'attività mi aveva confermato la disponibilità della macchina e la possibilità di andarla a vedere appunto questo pomeriggio. Parto alle 18 dal mio posto di lavoro prendendomi un'ora di permesso. Faccio 30 km di strada con la voglia di vedere questa macchina, al mio arrivo mi viene detto che la macchina era già stata venduta. Rimango basito, incredulo, perplesso e per dirla in maniera elegante, preso per i fondelli. Mancanza di professionalità e rispetto. Esperienza negativa. Facevano più bella figura ad avvisarmi prima.
