★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nella concessionaria Citroen ho richiesto un preventivo per telefono e poi per email ma inutilmente: nonostante mi sia stato riferito che sabato mattina l'avrei ricevuto, ancora l'aspetto. Non solo sono andata presso la Concessionaria ma anche lì mi è stato riferito che avrebbero chiuso alle 19.00 e che erano molto impegnati mentre in realtà vi era solo una persona. A questo punto ho detto "vabbè lasci perdere" e si noti la serietà, la persona mi ha risposto grazie (ma vogliono lavorare?) Giudicate voi8
In the Citroen dealership I requested a quote by phone and then by email but to no avail: although I was told that I would receive it on Saturday morning, I still look. Not only did I go to the dealership but there too I was told that they would close at 19.00 and that they were very busy while in reality there was only one person. At this point I said "oh well forget it" and note the seriousness, the person replied thanks (but they want to work?)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vergognoso,un pezzo di guarnizione in gomma del vetro posteriore pagato 155€,io mi chiedo,ma i controlli della guardia di finanza dove stanno? com'è possibile che su SMC ricambi invece pago tutto il kit filtro olio originale e pasticche Brembo 99€ e con montaggio ho pagato solo altri 50€?questa me la dovranno spiegare tutti questi signori...

How is it possible that on SMC Ricambi, on the other hand, I pay all the original oil filter kit and Brembo pads 99 € and with the assembly I paid only another 50 €?
