★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono rivolto a un venditore conosciuto perché già in passato ho acquistato attrezzatura agricola presso questa ditta, ultimamente ho chiesto informazioni per valutare l'acquisto di un trattore usato da loro proposto in vendita e proponendo in permuta il mio trattore. Ebbene il mio interlocutore con fare per niente gentile senza chiedermi le caratteristiche generali del mio mezzo ha dato una stima irrisoria e dopo il mio stupore ha aggiunto che se continuavano a parlare il prezzo sarebbe sceso ulteriormente. Con tutta una serie di avvertimenti se avessi provato a vendere il mezzo tra privati. Sono rimasto deluso, mi aspettavo un interesse diverso per un possibile cliente anche se piccolo piccolo.
 I turned to a known seller because in the past I purchased agricultural equipment from this company, recently I asked for information to evaluate the purchase of a used tractor offered by them for sale and offering my tractor in exchange. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io ci vado principalmente per acquistare i ricambi dell'aratro Kverneland. Dalla mia esperienza devo dire che il magazziniere è gentile e preparato. Rapidi anche con la documentazione. Rivenditori di molti marchi, dispongono anche di officina. Altro non saprei aggiungere.

Ho parlato con il titolare, Dino, e mi ha fatto subito una buona impressione. Io non sono un esperto ma mi ha saputo consigliare con sincerità su alcuni parametri della mia ricerca. Stihl dealer I bought a chainsaw there. Yesterday I went back because they also sell new and used tractors. I spoke to the owner, Dino, and he immediately made a good impression on me. Dopo essere rimasto coinvolto in un terribile incidente motociclistico,purtroppo sono rimasto invalido....con una gamba ed una mano limitate...ma nonostante tutto il venditore Diego mi ha spronato più volte a non mollare, e che per ogni difficoltà c'è una soluzione....Sempre attento a consigliarmi attrezzatura adatta alle mie esigenze fisiche (rasaerba a trazione ecc...)e di gestione del vede.....che dire....GRAZIE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESSIMI PESSIMI, dopo aver spese migliaia di € per un robottino ed avere un problema di durata di batteria ti rispondono che loro danno priorità a chi spende 100 mila € … il venditore un certo D… deve assolutamente cambiare lavoro, una vergogna per il marchio Sthil!!!!…spero vivamente che prendano provvedimenti in tal senso!!!!
STATE LONTANI anche dal titolare, cercato di parlare con lui più volte ma magicamente per il cliente non ha mai tempo o è sempre impegnato!!!!!

Aggiornamento dopo la vostra risposta:
Innanzitutto affermare di essere bravi a vendere non vuol dire essere bravi nell’assistenza ( evidentemente in 60 anni non lo avete capito), inoltre migliori venditori Sthil che fino a poco tempo fa vendevate husqvarna mi fa alquanto sorridere, come ultima cosa e poi con voi ho chiuso definitivamente, visto che avete informato Sthil dell’accaduto informateli anche che in 4 giorni non siete stati in grado di fare un semplice aggiornamento software visto che in DUE ORE un altro concessionario mi ha risolto il problema, (visto che siete la miglior concessionaria d’Italia mi avete venduto un robottino senza verificare se c’erano aggiornamenti presenti da effettuare, chissà cosa ne penserà casa madre) non serviva quindi ordinare alcun ricambio ma evidentemente in 60 anni di esperienza non ci siete arrivati o non avete voluto arrivarci!!!!
Sthil inoltre è stata avvisata sia da me che dal concessionario SERIO al quale mi sono rivolto!!!

First of all, claiming to be good at selling does not mean being good at servicing (evidently in 60 years you have not understood it), moreover Sthil best sellers who until recently sold husqvarna makes me quite smile, as a last thing and then with you I have closed definitively, since you informed Sthil of the incident, also inform them that in 4 days you have not been able to do a simple software update since in TWO HOURS another dealer has solved the problem for me, (since you are the best dealership of Italy you sold me a robot without checking if there were any updates to be made, who knows what the parent company will think) therefore there was no need to order any spare parts but evidently in 60 years of experience you did not get there or you did not want to get there !! !!
Sthil has also been notified both by me and by the SERIO dealer to whom I have contacted !!!
