★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Riparazione Mercedes Classe V 250 Premium 2021 paraurti e portellone, da sostituire. Alla consegna della macchina l'autovettura era sporca, hanno lucidato parti del retrotreno rendendo opaca la carozzeria che non doveva essere toccata, il portellone non si apriva, e i fili dei sensori erano staccati. Il paraurti è stato montato con enormi difetti di disassamento laterale. Dopo aver avvisato dei problemi, covid permettendo, ho portato la macchina in carrozzeria. Alla visione del mezzo hanno asserito che non era un lavoro fatto da loro, poi molto professionalmente il gestore ha sputato....sulla mano, probabilmente erano senza acqua...... e ha lucidato la carrozzeria per vedere se era opaca.... una professionalità esagerata sopratutto in tempo di Covid. Bravi ottimo, quando mercedes Italia saprà dell'accaduto sicuramente saranno contenti. Da notare quando arrivate l'ordine e la precisione nel piazzale della Carozzeria. Mi chiedo come si possa lavorare in quelle condizioni. Buon lavoro.
Repair Mercedes V-Class 250 Premium 2021 bumper and tailgate, to be replaced. When the car was delivered, the car was dirty, they polished parts of the rear end making the bodywork opaque which should not have been touched, the tailgate did not open, and the sensor wires were detached. The bumper was mounted with huge lateral offset defects. After having warned of the problems, covid permitting, I took the car to the body shop. Upon viewing the vehicle they asserted that it was not a job done by them, then very professionally the manager spat .... on the hand, probably they were without water ...... and polished the bodywork to see if it was opaque. ... an exaggerated professionalism especially in time of Covid. Well done great, when mercedes Italia will know what has happened they will surely be happy. Note when you arrive the order and precision in the Carozzeria square. I wonder how one can work in those conditions. Good job.
