★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto un problema (foratura), sono stati cortesi e velocissimi, nonostante mi sia recato da loro senza prenotare né avvisare (lavoro in zona). Soddisfatto.

Otti anche con le convergenze, atrezzatura all' avanguardia.
Lavori eseguiti con precisione.
Ho avuto anche l'esperienza di andarci da privato, e sono rimasto contento.
Ora fanno rinnovato la sala di attesa, con una nella televisione, divano poltrone. Sia riscaldato che climatizzato.
Personale gentile e disponibile anche quando capitano degli imprevisti, tipo forature o altro.

5 operatori adibiti al cambio gomme di cui 2 lavoravano e 3 chiacchere per una attesa di 1 ora .....mai mai mai mai più!
Sono andato da Monti Ford ad anzola 40€ iva compresa 10€ a gomma...fate i conti voi!
Paying € 100 to change 4 summer / winter tires is for thieves.
5 operators assigned to change tires of which 2 were working and 3 chat for a wait of 1 hour ..... never never never never again!
I went from Monti Ford to anzola € 40 including VAT 10 € per tire ... you do the math!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza 100€ per cambio gomme, al momento del pagamento chiedendo motivazioni per l’aumento sono stato trattato male e oltre tutto mi è stata aumentato di 30€ l’importo pagando 130€ alla fine . Mi hanno proposto di pagare 100€ se avessi pagato in contati. Senza parole , non ci tornerò mai più.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, comunicato un prezzo per il cambio gomme ( conoscevano la vettura ) al momento dell’arrivo era già lievitato di 20 euro ( ok aumenti visto il periodo ) all’atto del pagamento “ con bancomat” maggiorato di 30 euro senza motivo. Scontrino generico ma visti i commenti non devo stupirmi.
Hanno perso cliente da 6 automezzi ..:
La pezza e’ peggio del buco , gli pneumatici sono stati acquistati con tanto di fattura da un noto sito internet.
Questo e’ stato comunicato al telefono quando abbiamo chiesto il costo del cambio gomme…arrampicandosi sugli specchi si scivola.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hanno chiesto 99 euro per sostituire le gomme e conservarle fino al prox cambio una cifra fuori mercato ma che se avessero fatto un buon lavoro avrei pagato senza discutere. Nonostante mi fossi raccomandato mi hanno consegnato un auto che tirava decisamente verso dx. Quando ho chiamato x farla controllare hanno detto di passare dopo 10 gg. Ovviamente sono tornato dal mio gommista di fiducia che ha sistemato e reso sicura l’auto

Although I recommended myself, they gave me a car that was pulling decidedly to the right. When I called to have her checked they said to come after 10 days.
