a	angelo maraia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prendo appuntamento per una convergenza.....prezzo 50 euro.Mi richiamano dicendo che a causa di gomme anteriori deformate devo cambiarle al prezzo di 235 euro!Decido di non eseguire il lavoro e mi vengono chiesti 20 euro,pagati, per il disturbo.Tutto senza uno scontrino nè fattura.Consiglio evitate questa officina di disonesti. I make an appointment for a convergence ..... price 50 euros. They call me back saying that due to deformed front tires I have to change them at the price of 235 euros! I decide not to do the job and I am asked for 20 euros, paid, for the inconvenience .All without a receipt or invoice. Tip: avoid this dishonest workshop.
A	Andrea Maccaferri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che non discuto la qualità del lavoro ma credo che non essendo un cliente abituale ha portato a quanto segue ... il lunedì mattina mi preventivano un lavoro dal costo di 700/730 euro con riconsegna dell'auto a mercoledì sera ... ahimè a mercoledì sera l'auto non è pronta... riconsegnata il venerdì sera con costo aumentato a 903 euro causa ulteriori problemi riscontrati ... chiedo di poter avere un po' di sconto ... cosa che fanno facendomi pagare 900 euro anziché 903. Credo che per guadagnare un nuovo cliente avrebbero potuto farmi un trattamento leggermente migliore. Onestamente non credo che ritornerò in questa autofficina. I state that I do not discuss the quality of the work but I believe that not being a regular customer it led to the following ... on Monday morning I was prevented by a job costing 700/730 euros with the return of the car on Wednesday evening ... alas on Wednesday evening the car is not ready ... returned on Friday evening with cost increased to 903 euros due to further problems encountered ... I ask to be able to get a little discount ... which they do by making me pay 900 euros instead of 903 I believe that to earn a new client they could have given me a slightly better treatment. I honestly don't think I'll be returning to this garage.

V	Valeria Santoro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pensando che avessero sistemato il guasto alla macchina che mi si era fermata in autostrada, pagata una bella cifretta di euro ,mi rimetto in autostrada e, per fortuna e per una breve distanza, arrivo a destinazione! Il giorno seguente riprendo l' auto e, dopo pochi minuti dalla partenza, mi si ripresenta la stessa situazione del giorno precedente....carro attrezzi ,auto in un ' officina con personale competente e ,per fortuna,problema risolto ma con un guasto che non era nulla di ciò che mi avevano detto questi signori!Morale della favola:ho regalato soldi senza aver risolto nulla e andando nuovamente ad un ' altra autofficina! The following day I get back the car and, after a few minutes from the departure, the same situation of the previous day comes back to me .... tow truck, car in a workshop with competent staff and, luckily, problem solved but with a breakdown that was nothing of what these gentlemen had told me! Moral of the story: I gave money without having solved anything and going again to another garage!
