★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service! My 1972 Benz W114 broke down just outside of Venice on the way from France to Hungary. The car had to be towed to Carraro Mercedes in Mestre. Even though it is sometimes difficult to find mechanics familiar with 50 year old technology, they checked it out and in 20 min I had the diagnosis. Absolute best and professional service by the entire team, but Marco Favaro was especially helpful with his own passion for old cars and that he speaks perfect English.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First class service! I was there because my air condition was intermittently broken. Four former visits in Berlin (MB branch) brought "No failure found, Sir." Carraro identified the problem - air conditioning compressor NOK and changed the part on warranty. A day shorter than planned my E-Class was repaired, washed outside & clean inside. Thanks guys! You rescued my vacation in Italy. That's really first class service!

They were absolutely fantastic , the service they provided was beyond professional and they fixed our car after we had a terrible experience at another garage . Roberto Tiveron and marco favoro we'd like to personally thank you for your kindness , care and general support on getting us back on the road . You saved us from returning back to the UK. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were on holliday in Italy and had an engine default in our dashboard. The car was transported to Roberto and his team at Carraro Mercedes in Mestre. We had the best service and good help. unfortunately the car could not be repaired because of spareparts shortage. When we got information that the car couldnt be repaired but that it was safe to drive (because it was only a sensor), we had no oppertunity to go and pick the car up, Roberto helped us by sending one of his mechanichs to pick us up at the camping site in our own car and we drove him back to the workshop. This was such a big help for us, because we didnt have acces to a rental car or acces to local buss or train.
Roberto helped us to send the exact serial number of the sparepart to our local workshop and helped us safely on the road.
Thank you so much for great and plesant service. For having the patients and time to explain everything so we could understand. We will definately reccomend Carraro Mercedes in Mestre to everybody!

The team found and fixed the problem within 5 minutes. Amazing service, competent team and super friendly encounter. Highly recommended.
