Venditore disponibile alle opportune verificare presso la loro officina Ford citroen e mi sento dire che trapela olio tra motore e cambio. La cosa non e' chiaramente bella in quanto la vettura veniva consegnata tagliandata con regolare fattura. E' mai possibile fare un cambio olio e filtro e non accorgersi che la vettura perde olio tra il motore e la frizione? La vettura consegnata, il cliente attento se ne accorge perché lascia in sosta l'auto in garage e la perdita si nota! Se non me ne accorgevo, la garanzia nel frattempo sarebbe decorsa e il problema che appare consistente ed e' attualmente affidata ad officina opel, sarebbe costata un ingente esborso di denaro. If I did not notice it, the guarantee would have expired in the meantime and the problem, which appears to be substantial and is currently entrusted to an opel workshop, would have cost a large outlay of money. Dovete capire che tutti, prima o poi, siamo clienti di qualcuno. Al di là della competenza che non metto in dubbio, è fondamentale il ricevimento con un pizzico di simpatia, di pazienza e un po' meno di freddezza. Il cliente a volte sembra stupido, in realtà mette alla prova il venditore. Siamo certi di un vs futuro maggior coinvolgimento nell'approccio alla clientela. Grazie comunque! L appuntamento era per oggi sabato alle 14.30, sono arrivato e mi han detto con molta arroganza che era chiuso perché al sabato pomeriggio non fanno assistenza e che sicuramente ho sbagliato io a capire. Ho fatto 30 km per venire, se non fossi stato sicuro avrei almeno chiamato. Non sono degni del nome che portano. Potete anche rispondere quello che volete tanto non mi vedrete più e non vi risponderò, inoltre sconsigliero vivamente a tutti i miei conoscenti di passare di li anche solo per caso. Temevo prezzi dei tagliandi esagerati ma sia per il primo che per il secondo tagliando sono stati applicati prezzi assolutamente in linea col mercato e soprattutto senza speculazioni. Con un servizio così, cosa rara di questi tempi, non ho potuto fare a meno che acquistare una seconda auto per mia figlia dallo stesso concessionario.
