★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale molto maleducato. Il negozio era vuoto, le commesse hanno continuato a discutere ad alta voce dei loro problemi di lavoro senza rivolgere la minima attenzione. La loro discussione è degenerata in parolacce. Sono uscita infastidita e una delle due mi ha dato della matta. Complimenti!
Very rude staff. The shop was empty, the shop assistants continued to talk loudly about their work problems without paying the slightest attention. Their discussion has degenerated into profanity. I went out annoyed and one of them called me crazy. Compliments!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Di solito andavo da Carpisa in via olivi ma siccome ora è un outlet sono andata alla nave de vero, per chiedere se potevano aggiustare la borsa che avevo regalato a mia sorella e di cui si era rotta la cerniera.
C'è stato un tira e molla con la responsabile fantasma nel senso che non l'ho mai vista.
Poi finalmente mi hanno riconosciuto un buono di 10 euro da spendere su qualsiasi articolo.
Vado felice e contenta senonché la commessa mi dice che per averlo dovevo restituire la borsa rotta.
Ma che politica di vendita e mai questa?
Ho risposto che con 10 euro potevo io stessa aggiustare la cerniera da qualche parte.
E quindi mi sono tenuta la borsa e ovviamente Carpisa mi ha perso come cliente.

I used to go to Carpisa's in via olivi but since it is now an outlet I went to the ship de vero, to ask if they could fix the bag that I had given to my sister and whose zipper was broken.
There was a push and pull with the ghost manager in the sense that I have never seen her.
Then they finally recognized me a 10 euro voucher to spend on any item.
I go happy and content except that the saleswoman tells me that to get it I had to return the broken bag.
But what kind of sales policy is this?
I replied that with 10 euros I could fix the zipper myself somewhere.
And so I kept the bag and obviously Carpisa lost me as a customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata in questo negozio con mia sorella e una mia amica per comprare un lucchetto per una valigia che avevo. Fabiana la commessa era talmente simpatica e solare che alla fine abbiamo comprato anche una nuova valigia: una valigia con 4 ruote, il trolley e dentro ha le cinghie e le cerniere per fermare i vesti. i bordi della valigia sono rinforzati con delle placche sui bordi così da essere più resistente nei viaggi in aereo. La mia valigia ha 10 anni di garanzia! alcune valigie infatti hanno così tanti anni di garanzia! In negozio hanno anche tante borse di ogni colore e qualità sempre eccellente. addirittura hanno un borsone da usare come bagaglio a mano piccolo che rispetta le nuove misure delle compagnie aeree! Negozio ben fornito e pulito. consigliatissimo!!
I went to this shop with my sister and a friend of mine to buy a lock for a suitcase I had. Fabiana the saleswoman was so nice and sunny that in the end we also bought a new suitcase: a suitcase with 4 wheels, the trolley and inside it has the straps and zips to stop the clothes. the edges of the suitcase are reinforced with plates on the edges so as to be more resistant when traveling by plane. My suitcase has a 10 year guarantee! some suitcases in fact have so many years of warranty! In the shop they also have many bags of every color and always excellent quality. they even have a bag to use as small hand luggage that respects the new measures of the airlines! Well stocked and clean shop. highly recommended !!
