Ho notato anche tagli di carne pregiata con frollatura di vari mesi. Il personale è cordiale, una menzione e un grazie al sig Giacomo sempre disponibile.
Very popular butcher in Mondragone, it is located on the Domiziana. Large selection of meat, good quality, excellent prices. The preparations are also good. I also noticed cuts of fine meat with maturation of several months. The staff is friendly, a mention and thanks to Mr. Giacomo always available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La carne è davvero ottima, morbida e per niente dura. Probabilmente è tra le migliori macellerie di Mondragone, un'altra loro specialità è la zuppa forte (il soffritto) che è davvero molto buono.
Anche la peperonata non è male. Oggi ho arrostito questa bella bistecca di carne con un filo d'olio fatto in casa, il sapore è stato davvero divino. Consiglio. Cinque stelle.
The meat is really good, soft and not hard at all. It is probably one of the best butchers in Mondragone, another specialty of theirs is the strong soup (the sauté) which is really very good.
The peperonata is also not bad. Today I roasted this beautiful beef steak with a drizzle of homemade oil, the flavor was truly divine. Advice. Five stars.
