Nel 1991, dopo anni di duro lavoro ed esperienza, viene creato il tanto sognato Salumificio Rosotta.
Il profumo genuino delle materie prime di qualità e la maestria artigianale, sono rimaste sempre le stesse. E’ in questo modo che Rosotta produce oggi come un tempo, pregiati salumi sempre genuini, frutto di un processo lento e accurato della stagionatura dei salumi.
The Salumi of the Rosotta family have a long-standing history, born in 1962, thanks to the passion of Ludovico and Maria, with a small village butcher's shop entirely dedicated to pork. In 1991, after years of hard work and experience, the much-dreamed Salumificio Rosotta was created.
The genuine scent of quality raw materials and craftsmanship have always remained the same. It is in this way that Rosotta produces today as in the past, fine salami that are always genuine, the result of a slow and careful process of maturing the cured meats.
