Inoltre il ristorante offre un'ottima varietà di amari, prezzi alti ma si paga la qualità e professionalità del personale. Excellent quality of ingredients and imagination in presenting the dishes. Ahimè peccato per la mancanza di quiete in sala, ve lo consiglio a meno che non abbiate una buona resistenza ai mal di testa e tappi per le orecchie. A	Alessia Zenone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho provato il menù da 42€ composto da 3 portate al buio, acqua e un calice specificando durante la prenotazione che io non mangio né carne né pesce e la persona che stava con me non mangia pesce. Riporto quindi sia le mie considerazioni che quelle del mio ragazzo. Ci è arrivato un antipasto offerto da loro che era buono ma niente di eccezionale (allego foto); arriva poi la prima portata cioè l'antipasto che per me era un tortino di patate con formaggio e provola e per il mio ragazzo una tartare, anche qui buono ma niente di particolare. Notando che la tartare non era stava assaggiata (semplicemente gli faceva senso mangiarla e non perché non fosse buona) hanno deciso di portare al mio accompagnatore un'ulteriore antipasto a base di carciofi. Arriva poi il primo e cioè pasta e patate con lardo (molto buoni anche se la pasta leggermente troppo cotta) e per me ravioli ripieni, anche qui buono ma avrei preferito più ripieno nei ravioli anche se la salsa era ottima. Per secondo c'era per me un uovo con verdure e una guancia di maiale con verdure (molto apprezzata). Finisce qui il menù al buio. Sono stati così gentili da portarci anche dei bon bon al gelato e fragola. Devo dire che mi sarei aspettata, essendo un caseificio, delle portate che esaltassero maggiormente i loro prodotti (mi è sembrato strano non assaggiare la mozzarella, l'unica cosa che abbiamo assaggiato è la ricotta nell'antipasto offerto da loro), comunque nel complesso lo consiglio. We got an appetizer offered by them which was good but nothing exceptional (I am attaching photos); Then comes the first course that is the appetizer which for me was a potato pie with cheese and provola and for my boyfriend a tartare, also good here but nothing special. Noting that the tartare was not tasted (it simply made sense to eat it and not because it was not good) they decided to bring another starter based on artichokes to my companion. Then comes the first and that is pasta and potatoes with lard (very good even if the pasta is slightly overcooked) and for me stuffed ravioli, also good here but I would have preferred more stuffing in the ravioli even if the sauce was excellent. For second there was for me an egg with vegetables and a pork cheek with vegetables (much appreciated). Here ends the menu in the dark. They were kind enough to even bring us ice cream and strawberry bonbons. I must say that, being a dairy, I would have expected courses that would enhance their products more (it seemed strange to me not to taste the mozzarella, the only thing we tasted is the ricotta in the appetizer offered by them), however overall I advise.

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. The restaurant offers dishes prepared with the freshest raw materials and presented with taste, refinement and attention to detail. Traditional recipes blend with modern preparations. Respectable wine list with excellent local and other proposals. Impeccable service and very attentive to my allergies and intolerances.
