Anche i pop corn di pollo sono molto sfiziosi, da dividere perchè la porzione è abbondante. Le polpette con salsa al formaggio sono buonissime. Da non dimenticare c'è anche il filetto di Wagyu, tenerissimo e molto saporito. E per concludere in bellezza, consiglio assolutamente di prendere il Brownie che è sicuramente il più buono che abbia mai mangiato. Personale disponibile e simpatico e rapporto qualità/prezzo buono. I am now a regular customer of this restaurant which is excellent for me! Among the dishes proposed, in my opinion, the best are the BBQ spade (excellent!) And the filet sword. Even the chicken popcorns are very tasty, to be divided because the portion is large. Meatballs with cheese sauce are very good. Do not forget there is also the Wagyu fillet, very tender and very tasty. And to top it off, I definitely recommend getting the Brownie which is definitely the best I've ever eaten. Helpful and nice staff and good quality / price ratio.

Buone anche le spade.. ho provato quella al BBQ, nota negativa le tartare..provata sia normale che al tartufo ma erano strapiene di olio e copriva tutto il sapore della carne. Prezzo più che onesto. Great meat! It melts in your mouth! The swords are also good .. I tried the BBQ one, negative note the tartare .. tried both normal and with truffles but they were full of oil and covered all the flavor of the meat. Price more than fair.

As mesas são sem toalha mas com joguinho americano. Os pedidos são bem rápidos. Pedimos hambúrguer, contrafilé e linguiça. Todas as carnes chegaram muito salgadas. Acompanhamento de fritas com queijo e pimenta.. O aspecto das batatas é uma tristeza. Para ser um restaurante que propõe principalmente carnes achei que faltavam a maioria dos cortes nobres. Falta picanha, assado de tira, filé fraldinha etc. Mas tem fiorentina, costata de manzo e pouco mais. Oferecem tb "espadas" um espetinho simples com vários tipos de carnes e temperos. Carta de vinhos bem fraca. The place is nice, restaurant and butcher shop together. There is practically no service at the tables, you receive a paper mark the dishes and take it to the counter. The tables are without tablecloth but with American game. Orders are very fast. We ordered hamburger, steak and sausage. All meats were very salty. Accompaniment of fries with cheese and pepper.. The appearance of the potatoes is sad. For being a restaurant that mainly proposes meats, I found that most of the noble cuts were lacking. Missing picanha, strip roast, fillet flank steak etc. But it has fiorentina, costata de manzo and little else. They also offer "swords" a simple skewer with various types of meats and seasonings. Very poor wine list.

Consiglio di assaggiare le tartare, la costata, il Wagyu e di accompagnare il tutto con dell’ottimo vino delle cantine di Bruno Vespa. I have dined at la Carnezzeria di Kilo several times: excellent quality of the meat, fantastic wines and above all an excellent value for money (considering about € 20 of wine, we are about 40 each). I recommend tasting the tartare, the ribs, the Wagyu and accompany it all with excellent wine from the cellars of Bruno Vespa.
A	Andrea on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo mesi che frequento questo locale all'EUR mi sento obbligato a fare una recensione e consigliarlo a tutti gli amanti della carne e della buona cucina. Il personale è gentilissimo, a partire dalla ragazza alla cassa (Jessica) passando per i camerieri (ricordo solo i nomi di Tommaso e Tiziana ma sono tutti educatissimi e disponibili) per finire al personale di cucina e in particolar modo al cuoco, un vero appassionato, bravissimo nei tagli e nelle lavorazioni, sempre disponibile e a dirla tutta anche molto simpatico. Mi stupiscono oramai da tempo per professionalità, qualità e non di meno per dei prezzi super competitivi. Consiglio di provare un po' di tutto perche' davvero è tutto eccezionale ma a me in particolare piacciono molto le tartare (sempre diverse a seconda della stagione...per dire ora ci sono ai carciofi e sono uno spettacolo) e tutti i tagli di carne (le tagliate sono una meraviglia). Un locale intimo e alla mano....che in soldoni ti fa pagare il giusto per della carne di vera qualità e un'accoglienza familiare e amichevole. Per me è il miglior ristorante di carne che potete trovare a Roma sud, sia per il prezzo ma soprattutto per la qualità e per il servizio...provare per credere. P.S Se volete un'aperitivo alternativo ai soliti bar fighetti chiedete a Tiziana di farvi uno Spritz (occhio che li carica) e fatevi portare un paio di spade (spiedi di carne)...non credo possiate trovare di meglio.
