Personale giovane ma professionale ed attento; sin da subito notiamo lo stile impeccabile nell'accoglienza e nella gestione della presa dell'ordine. IL CIBO: due parole chiave "eccellenza delle materie prime" - "creatività dello chef". I piatti sono pensati bene e realizzati con diverse tecniche. (Ad esempio la guancia è servita con polvere di olio alla salvia...la lavorazione di questo side richiede conoscenza tecnica e abilità di esecuzione...eccezionale). Ottima la scelta dei vini che spazia su tutto il territorio italiano. Torneremo presto per provare il resto del menu Wonderful discovery. Small room with great attention to every detail. Young but professional and attentive staff; we immediately notice the impeccable style in the reception and in the management of the order taking. FOOD: two key words "excellence of raw materials" - "chef's creativity". The dishes are well thought out and made with different techniques. (For example the cheek is served with sage oil powder ... the processing of this side requires technical knowledge and skill in execution ... exceptional). Excellent choice of wines that ranges throughout the Italian territory. We will be back soon to try the rest of the menu

I piatti sono tutti buonissimi, con ingredienti particolari e di ottima qualità. Il personale molto gentile e attento, l'arredo e il locale davvero di classe. Ci tornerò sicuramente alla prima occasione e lo consiglio! I had dinner here with my family to celebrate a special occasion and I was super happy! The dishes are all delicious, with special ingredients of excellent quality. The very kind and attentive staff, the furniture and the really classy place. I will definitely go back at the first opportunity and recommend it!

Un servizio impeccabile ci ha accompagnati durante tutta la cena, con gentilezza, garbo e cura attentissima ai dettagli. Torneremo al più presto! The chef has proposed an innovative and original gastronomic journey, while respecting the flavors and traditions of Roman and Mediterranean cuisine, choosing raw materials of the highest quality and delicious combinations. An impeccable service accompanied us throughout the dinner, with kindness, grace and attention to detail. We will be back soon!

Tagliata di manzo fenomenale, selezione di vini molto buona (consiglio la cantina locale Poggio Le Volpi). A seguire un dolce fantastico con una grappa riserva fuori dal mondo. Servizio eccellente e un grazie particolare ad Alessandro. Assolutamente consigliato My colleagues and I were looking for a place to eat after a conference. Phenomenal beef tagliata, very good wine selection (I recommend the local winery Poggio Le Volpi). Followed by a fantastic dessert with a reserve grappa out of this world. Excellent service and special thanks to Alessandro. Absolutely recommended

Ottime le polpette di bollito e gli gnocchi al ragù d’agnello, strepitoso il marango ai ferri con patate leonessa al forno. Torneremo sicuramente! Very trendy restaurant in the EUR area. Sophisticated dishes with finishes that recall tradition. The boiled meatballs and gnocchi with lamb ragout are excellent, the grilled marango with lioness potatoes in the oven is amazing. We will definitely be back!

Così buoni non li avevo mai mangiati ! Tartufo nero top e ragù d agnello super . Fabio ci ha consigliato un vino buonissimo , Brunello di Montalcino tenute Silvio Nardi che ha reso la nostra esperienza ancora più speciale Grazie Cinta Romana , ci vediamo presto ? I had dinner with my girlfriend and we ate the Tagliolini with black truffle and the gnocchi with lamb ragu with goat cream. I had never eaten them so good! Top black truffle and super lamb ragù. The place and the service are impeccable, the interior design and the tableware are modern and well-finished. There’s a really nice atmosphere. The food is delicious, prices a bit higher than the average but proportionate to the value you’ll get. It’s definitely worth a try!
